-It shouldn’t be 4 starts hotel. It’s very very old. TVs are not working in all rooms ( literary) so many plugins are not working. Lamps are not working. - rooms are extremely small specially the triple ones. -The hotel is Average clean -The view was amazing from our balcony -Breakfast is very limited but acceptable. You can ask for good coffee for additional 15 MAD. -Location is excellent. The staff are amazing, super friendly.

We had an incident with the spa and the hotel managers (Mr Soufiane and Mr Akari) tried to set things right. The reservation manager Mr Soufiane was very polite, and I appreciate his attention to detail very much. We got a free upgrade to the suite on the top floor, and complementary fruit/cookies. It was a nice gesture, however couldn’t compensate for the mix up with the spa. The decoration is nice, the shower is amazing, and it’s clear they want to provide a relaxing atmosphere.

The thermal bath is beyond amazing, clean and well managed. Do not miss the culinary experience at the restaurant and the great selection of great local wines. The hotel is in a quite location with great views of the city and mountains, with very good scenery, clean , big and well organized.
