I love Huesca! This is a wonderful town.
I love Huesca! This is a wonderful town. This is not a place to visit art museums or do lots of sightseeing, but it's sweet and charming. It is nice to walk around with lots of restaurants and small shops. It is small enough to be able to walk everywhere and benefits from excellent walks in the country which are well signposted. My favourite bar/restaurant is HerVi's which has a friendly staff, good and plentiful food, excellent tapas and a waitress who speaks very good English

We had passed through Huesca many times with out stopping.
We had passed through Huesca many times with out stopping. The old town has some lovely old buildings and there are wonderful view of thew Pyrenees. We had some excellent good value food at Comomelocomo. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The house wine from Somontano was excellent

Don't get confused like we did.
Don't get confused like we did. Huesca is also the name of a province in Spain and so we thought we were going to be staying somewhere beautiful, when in fact we ended up in Huesca town!! Not quite what we had expected! Completely our fault, but be careful to check that the images you find on Google are actually of the place you want to go to and aren't just beautiful photos from a variety of places within the province of Huesca.

And the location is incredible, right in the city centre of Huesca...which is a really lovely spot, especially with all the hiking trails near it. The best thing was the parking, which is inside the parking garage so we didn't have to worry as the car was a rental. All the shops and local parties are basically nearby. Would really recommend this place.

Cleverly and tastefully designed suites with their own terrace.
