Beautiful harbour area, lots of restaurants.
Beautiful harbour area, lots of restaurants. Lovely beach and sea shallow so lovely for swimming. Hired bikes and great roads for cycling. Really nice place and sorrounding area. Public swimming pool which was excellent and found a 5 lane running track in Polenca about 15 minute drive away. So many lovely places to cycle and visit.

Beautiful beach.
Beautiful beach. We like walking, so walked in either direction next stunning beaches or wonderful vistas. We walked to Alcudia for the market on Tuesday (and Sunday). We caught the bus to Palma which was easy peasy. Although we did have to stand as so busy. But that wasn't too bad. We got a seat on the way back.
We decided to get the bus back to the airport on our last day (rather than a taxi. Again, easy peasy.
All in all, great location, plenty to do for what we wanted. We had some great lunchtime and evening meals.

lovely beach and gently sloping so very good and safe for children. Good shopping and lovely marina. Good value eating for the most part but some places seem to be trying to charge quite a lot for average food and drink but if you shop around you soon find the places that are better value.

Port part of alcudia was not interesting.
Port part of alcudia was not interesting. Just old warehouse shops with really bad lighting. Reminiscent of the bad past. The beach was very small and part of the port. I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday. Old town was really lovely to stroll and have a meal.
Alcudia bay stretches to beautiful beaches.

Beautiful, clean , safe and comfortably buzzing area with...
Beautiful, clean , safe and comfortably buzzing area with many varieties of restaurants all amazing. Beach not too crowded , clean sand and fantastic sea temperature and cleanliness .
Would go back any day .
Restaurants on the seafront are fabulous , recommend booking table during the day before your evening meal .
Public toilets are available and free on the beach in connections with the various beach bars .
Child friendly surroundings as the sea shallow and sand clean and soft .
Perfect location in front of a beautiful beach.
Clean facility, professional staff and varied food choices. We chose half board and were happy with the service and meals. Vivíana and her kitchen team made sure were felt at home. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
We are recommending Sofia Hotel especially for families with children.
Management was very accommodating when air conditioning didn’t work and moved us quickly to a different room.
Great value for money. Hotel grounds are very well kept, so is the room 348 (overlooking the main road, you could also see the sea a little). Staff is very nice and responsive. Although the food variety for breakfast and dinner is quite wide, the quality could have been a little better. The beach is 300m walk, Port d'Alcudia is 4km walk on the beach(can also be reached by the bus, the bus stop is almost next to the hotel). All in all - a great stay.
Hotel has fantastic facilities and in an amazing location right on the beach front. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean . Buffet Breakfast was amazing as was the poolside bar and the lunch and cocktails by the pool was excellent. Spa facilities were also great - we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi after our long cycle . Will definitely return and recommend hotel to our friends and family.
This hotel was really really exceptionally nice! I had never seen any hotels which changes breakfast and dinner every day! not single food is the same everyday! we booked for a half board, so I was worried if we would be tired of the hotel buffet for 5days! but they changed menus and every single food every day surprisingly! I don’t regret to choose to have a halfboard in the end! I will definitely come back again!
Lots of pools to choose from. Although towards the end of October, they do shut some of them.
Most the staff are really friendly. The food is ok, what you would expect for a 3* hotel buffet. There is always food and drink available somewhere.
The children's entertainment is the same every night but my children enjoyed dancing after dinner most evenings.
the seaclub was a great choice for us in alcudia. the property appears to have been recently renovated, and offers great value for money.
parts of the hotel are currently closed, but that was not an issue for us personally. 2 pools, a restaurant, and a pool bar are still open.
the food is also quite good, and you can choose to not have it every day.
Food was fantastic. Great variety of food. I was involved in a cycling accident and the hotel staff were able to move us to a more mobility friendly room midway to access the restaurant and pool. We decided to upgrade to the All Inclusive meal plan to enjoy the restaurant and poolside eating areas.
There’s plenty of space and access to outdoor swimming pools.
They provide a good size of body wash and conditioner in their showers.
The hotel is quite a distance from the port/centre but situated close to the golf course which has a lovely restaurant with fabulous views and worth the visit.
The staff, location and the hotel were all great. Good spread in the breakfast and dinner buffets. The pool is great and doesn't smell of chlorine.
The hotel is very bike friendly : it has a separate room with locks, a pump, a multitool and CC monitoring.
I loved the breakfast, the staff were lovely and the whole hotel is simple stunning, I believe it is the nicest hotel in the area, great location the beach is seconds away and restaurants are round the corner we never had to really travel far.
The hotel entrance is reformed and gives a good look to the hotel, the bed was ok to sleep and the breakfast was well served, but nothing fancy. I can't comment on the pool cause I didn't check it.
Best stay we've ever had. Everything was perfect, we hope we will have opportunity to come back with whole family. Many thanks to every each person working in this hotel! We love you guys!
Buffet breakfast was GORGEOUS, it had everything you could want for breakfast.
Location of hotel was perfect - right on the beach.
