Great place, good vibe, good food. Rooms are basic but adequate. No hot water but a kettle and bowl are provided. Fabulous setting and views. Booby was very friendly and his directions to the property were spot on.

It's beautiful and quiet with the sound of the river flowing. It is however on the outskirts of Kingston. Being on the outskirts is the reason for it being calm and quiet as well as cooler in temperature.
The staff are nice but seem a little new to the job and they are still figuring stuff out.
If you want a quiet stay within a short taxi ride of Kingston, this is a stunning place
I would stay here again to get out of the bussel and noise of Kingston.

Nikki was a excellent host and her hospitality was second to none. Arranged both my pick up from Knutsford Express to the property and my drop off to the airport the following day. Even took the time out to take me to the nearest beach. Tara the cooker, her food was amazing, I had both dinner and breakfast, scrapping the plate clean on both occasions. Definitely will return in the future.

This property is stunning. The location is perfection! The grounds are immaculately maintained. The view of Kingston is outstanding, especially at nights with all the lights emanating. The residence is akin to a museum - so much information and beautiful art. We had a peaceful, restful stay. We were treated to the most incredible breakfast by the host. The most delicious meal. Highly recommend this property!
