The stay at La Torre in Cambrils was super. Its not big but all the facilities you need were there. Great view and nice place to eat for luch and diner. Supermarkets in the surrounding etc. We would love to go again.

This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the...
This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the ocean. Nice walks along the promenade beside the marina and beyond. Prices in restaurants and for boat rides are very high. Architecturally, the 'old' town hasn't much to offer of interest and it's impossible to get a taxi from there. However, the old port is interesting in terms of its history, and is well worth a look.

Been to Cambrils many times, I have family there. You’ll need a bit more than basic Spanish. Shops , bars and restaurants are plenty and prepare to queue, locals know what they want! Don’t take gbp , no where to change them , use your cards , you’ll get the option to pay in either currency.LisaUnited Kingdom

The breakfast and evening meal were buffet style with an extensive range that varied the two nights we stayed. The hotel was positioned around half way from cambrils and salou towns which could be accessed easily by bus or only a short walk along the seafront. The staff were helpful and polite. Externally there is a large pool area, which is also the main stage area for the evenings entertainment. Locally there are small supermarkets and a pharmacy. Bikes can be hired from the hotel .

For the price - I would have been happy for less - the room was a good size, the linens were clean, and everything worked. The staff however were exceptional. I think it is a family run place and it isn't the MOST professional ALL the time - but it is very friendly and fun. There is a VERY nice restaurant on the ground floor.
