Santa Ponsa is very clean people are friendly and there is plenty to do perfect base to see the island or if you want to just relax on the beach you can. We have been going to Santa Ponsa for 12 years now and we are never short of things to do. It’s great for families couples and solo travellers there is something for everyone. Santa ponsa is quite british / Irish for us. We prefer a more Spanish vibe. We didn't find a single tapas bar however we did find restaurants that did serve tapas. Our favorite things to do in Santa Ponsa were to rent sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, take a city bus to Palma and explore the sights. Definitely more tailored to younger visitors. The town is fairly safe even late at night, virtually all locals speak English which is handy. The nightlife is excellent with most clubs being very cheap to get in. Drink is also very reasonably priced in most bars. Definitely worth visiting on a lads holiday or stag / hen do.AAnonymous

Great views and nice for a swim if you are able enough to get in from the rocks. I would recommend purchasing some rock shoes and a snorkel. Would be nice to get rid of the sea weed and have a nicer beach but I imagine that is the councils job not the hotel. Still an excellent location and would definitely go back.

The singer in the evening was excellent. Menu show gin and tonic for example 6.50 and if you go for a UK brand 11.50! The block we stayed was a little tired and certainly not 4 star but then we did not pay 4 star prices.
