Wonderful hostess. Nice room and clean and I mean CLEAN! Really nice newer clean bathroom all in tile and marble / quartz. Safe area and quiet area and ability to park the car inside the gate. lots of wardrobe space! Walking distance to Aldi where we took an uber to go into downtown oldtown Sevilla for 20 euros each way so that we didn't have to worry about finding/paying for parking and risk the car being broken into. great wifi for email and web surfing.

The host is very nice, she approved a late check-in and met us with a smile although it wad 11 PM. They tried their best to communicate with us as we don't speak any spanish, so their son was there to translate. I had the chance to met the entire family, and I would really encourage people go reserve here, excellent stay and a chance to support a young family business. Location is great, well served, the flat is fully equipped, washing machine, dish washer, private parking, balcony, central AC.
