Well maintained hotel with multi lingual staff. Good sized room in good condition and a respectable buffet breakfast available.
Location in an industrial estate seemed odd but it worked for me and lorry drivers, reps etc. Easy to find and safe, free parking available. Plenty of nightlife & restaurants etc a short drive away into Pamplona city centre, although doing it at 9pm on Friday night will be 'interesting' for more nervous drivers.
Breakfast and our evening meal were excellent. The evening meal was in a different room but still excellent so that the doggies were able to be with us rather than leave in the bedroom or car. The whole hotel is lovely - the place , the staff, the location all very good. Doggy beds and bowls supplied in the room.
The bed and linen perhaps the best anywhere and we always sleep well (we have stayed at the hotel many times)
Wow! This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything is just great, from the stunning old building , the shabby chic deco, to the nice food, the access to spa and a very nice relaxing massage… perfection! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
We visited Pamplona and the lovely little town of Olito, one hour away, highly recommended if you have the time!
This was our 3rd stay - we love this hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely walks around it. the rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly, providing dog beds, bowls and treats plus a dog menu!!!! There is now a restaurant for pet owners as well as the usual restaurant.
The whole experience at the hotel was great. From the friendly and very helpful staff to the comfort of the beds, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the delicious breakfast, everything met or exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were really valued as travelers.
We liked the room, the bed, the building itself, perfect for pets, they treat them well and provide a bed and treats, premises within the hotel have a park for dogs. Staff were really nice and kind. Perfect to stay on the way from Madrid to Brussels.
A charming 400 year old palace now a comfortable well appointed hotel. Our dog had a great welcome and they provided a bed and bowls for her. The room was comfortable and a powerful shower and the breakfast was delicious
Lovely hotel ,big room with fridge and kettle, we had as 2 singles but pushed together making a 6ft wide bed Fab 👌, good shower and everything you need in the bathroom including big bath towels
