Everything! Location, restaurants in the area, supermarkets close. Taxi inexpensive to use. People are extremely friendly and patient with non speaking Spanish people. We loved everything so much we extended our stay. We were here for about 11 days. Bus station less than five minutes walk.

The views and calm of the property are overall great. Having breakfast and dinner available in the same place is wonderful, especially when the price is accessible and the food is great. Perfect stay to get away from the busy city life and the highways of Spain.

Probably a city which doesn't get many tourists, but certainly deserves more. To be honest, until planning our interrail trip, I had never heard of the place, but it was necessary to stay there to get across the border next day.
Plaza Alta, high up in the town as the name would perhaps suggest, was jumping, and everyone was eating outside.

Badajoz seems to me to be a very under appreciated city very much in the shadow of its Extremaduran neighbours Merida and Caceres, yet it is as steeped in history as both of these two more popular tourist destinations. Culturally it has so much to offer: two excellent art galleries, Museo de Bellas Artes and MEIAC which have very contrasting collections of mainly local art; The Moorish Alcazaba, with sweeping views of the city from its imposing, extensive walls and within these walls the Archaeological Museum and gardens; Nightlife in the old town is particularly lively with excellent tapas; There are numerous cultural events throughout the year including a yearly festival of Flamenco and Fado plus a Jazz Festival.
Behind the slightly run down facade the city presents lies a wealth of experiences.

Many people say Badjoz is modern and ugly with not much to see. There are lots of historical sites like the town walls, gates and castles plus the many gardens situated in parks. The Alta Square was great with three good cafe/restaurants. If you have a hire car visit nearby Elvas in Portugal.

Whilst we appreciated the room was cheap the quality of the room was poor. It weas very dated, small, smelled of smoke, the furniture had cigarette burn marks on all of it.
The bathroom ok but again tired and in need of redecoration.
The staff weren't very helpful with regards to what to do, where to eat etc
It had parking on site which was useful.

Robbed at the hotel, during breakfast, I returned to Portugal with no money, no documents and no credit cards. The Hotel Director refused to help me even though I was left without any means of survival. I returned to Portugal with little gas, no money, no credit cards and no documents.

Badajoz is a beatiful city, very quiet and very well communicated. You can get by bus to almost anywhere in city. I had to go there for a short admin procedure and had to stay the night. People are very helpful and willing to help visitors. Great place!
The staffs are nice and helpful.
The room is so big, clean, tidy, comfy, and spacious.
The room amenities are complete.
The location is great. It is only 5 mins of walking to carrefour, lidl, local supermarket, burger king, but a bit far to the city center.
It is 15 mins to the city center. Make sure you are ready to walk.
It is easy to find place to park your car and it is free. It is near in the hospital or nearby spots.
Location very good; not in the "heart" of Badajoz but in a wonderful avenue. Walking distance to cafeterias and restaurants.
High class hotel: really nice reception, staff very friendly and professional!
Rooms top clean and very good quality of beds and sheets.
Very good amenities in the bathroom.
Good TV channels selection.
Breakfast quite good (quality and options).
Good return for what you pay!
My trip was a motorcycle tour from England to Spain and then returning: upon reaching Badajoz, I discovered an issue with my motorcycle that the local (specific brand) dealership were unable to assist with, the amazing receptionist at this hotel went way ‘over and above’ to help me find an independent company who were amazing! I was on my way the very next morning with a big smile on my face…
Pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of Condedu! The room is very simple. However all the essentials were there, from shampoo and soap to a mini fridge to extra towels. Plus, the air conditioning worked very well (perfect for a midday siesta while the sun is so strong in Badajoz). The location is very central and the staff is super friendly. To top it off, the price was amazing!
Located in the old part of Badajoz near to a lot of monuments and other places of interest. This apartment was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and a small breakfast was included.
We had an issue with the apartment smart lock but Alejandro came to our aid right away and solved the problem.
We were very pleased with the apartment and the host
The house was great: ample space, decorated in good taste, had everything we needed, comfortable furniture and a beautiful terrace on the roof with incredible views, day and night.
The heated floors were wonderful.
Great location, close to the city center but in a quiet area.
The owners were very nice, making sure we had a pleasant stay.
Lovely little hotel in the centre of Badajoz. Perfect for a one night stopover and would be happy to stay longer. Bed was comfortable, with a little balcony at the front. I can see how it might be a little noisy in the summer, but in November it was very quiet. Bathroom was excellent with a radiator that made it very cosy.
Comfortable beds and good Lighting. Location is good. Parking is fine as it is under the hôtel however, it would not be suitable if all parties were disabled as you have to walk up a ramp take the elevator to the hôtel from the parking to the réception Area. Off loading of bags is easy in from of the hôtel.
The receptionist was really freindly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was stunning. He also gave us free drinks vouchers for the Casino. We ate in the hotel restaurant as it was too hot to venture into town. The food and service was outstanding and very good value for money. 5 stars
Standard simple room in the centre of Badajoz.
The room was clean and spacious and was equipped with AC.
The hotel has everything you may need: hair dryer, iron... Available in reception.
In the areas there are many shops and bars, and the historic area is at foot distance.
The location is ideal – very easy to reach by car, with onsite parking, and only ten minutes from the centre of Badajoz. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, with a beautifully comfy bed, a good selection of TV channels and a full-sized bath.
This is a comfortable hotel on a relatively quiet street (ask for a room facing the small park in front), half an hour walk from the historic centre and the university
I love the hotel. The room was nice and clean and the hotel was in the middle of the city of badajoz near to every attraction and the stuff was very nice and helpful
