The beach and the underwater coral reef there are absolutely beautiful - this is the main attraction, for sure. Diving there was amazing.
I hadn't been to Sinai in over twenty years so I'd kind of forgotten what it's like. The biggest issues were the heat and the water - you can't drink the water in Egypt if you're not Egyptian, so you have to buy bottled water all day long and it's actually not that cheap, at least at the hotels. Other than the beaches and the hotels, there didn't seem to be a lot to see there - I guess you could take tours but we didn't. It's not really a "town" per say, it's more like a string of hotels, resorts, etc. But it's beautiful on the beach and the hotel we stayed at (Nielson Village) was very nice in terms of the view, the service, the room and so on.

The hotel looks impressive from the outside, the rooms are large, the balcony is relatively large, the cleanliness is average, the facilities in the room are outdated, the food in the hotel is not varied enough and there is a crazy fly problem in the place.

Nothing much to do un Taba, but it's very comfortable for families with kids and,the fact that you can walk from and to the border from the, hotel - is,amazing. We ate, most of the time at the, hotel but once we went to a nice restaurant on the beach and another day we took a taxi to Dahab

Wonderful hotel, great location, just across the border.
Wonderful hotel, great location, just across the border. The pool and the beach are stunning What's so great about this hotel is that despite the fact it was the peak of the high season, and it was fully booked, you did not feel the crowds since the facilities are so spacious. For families with children, the main hotel building seems to be most comfortable, with the best accessibility to the food services and the pool. For a family with 3 children, 2 adjacent rooms were given and it was great. For couples, I would certainly recommend the Nelson village rooms, which give a much more quiet and romantic setting. We had full board - the food was relatively good, the varaiety rich and sufficient. Service is excellent, and the hotel's staff are friendly and helpful. My only comment is regarding the check-in process which could be more efficient. Throughout the process, hotel customers kept asking for the receptionist's help, not waiting in line, and unfortunately, he was attending to them while he was checking us in, thus making our time longer than needed.
To sum it up - certainly a recommended stay and would love to come again!

Taba is a one kilometer fenced area.
Taba is a one kilometer fenced area. If you want to walk on the beach you will be confined to the area of two hotels (Hilton and Movenpick). Any attempt to keep walking outside these two hotels will be prevented by hotel security. Made me feel fenced in and confined.
On the positive side, it is a short walk from the Israeli border which made me feel very safe.
I will probably not come back to Taba because of the small fenced in area. Like to take walks and not just sit on the beach and eat...

Well, service was excellent, food with variety of tasty things, private beach,as a Vegan person, you could always find something to eat,but it's highly recommended to talk with the manager of the kitchen who promised to prepare special things for Veganl, excellent hotel
It's a very homey hotel and everyone working there makes sure you are comfortable and are happy to cater to your every need. The staff are very friendly and always available, the food is simple yet delicious. The hotel itself is like walking through an art gallery or high-end crafts market. The bed was exactly the way I like it and the rooms had everything you would need on a trip to Sinai.
The food is simple, but good. The place don't have lot of rooms, so quiet, if you want to relax, this place for you... Just the sea, the mountains and you :) The place don't have electricity, just in the evening, don't have wifi, just if somebody share the mobilnet... so it is a very quiet place, no news, no work, just relaxation.
the staff was great, super helpful. i booked 2 rooms for my family, which were located on opposite sides of the property. they were able to get us closer together, even tho hotel was at max capacity. outdoor pool was wonderful and staff there kept pool and beach grounds beautiful. the massage i received at the spa was amazing.
The building is beautiful! Stunning.
The staff overall is very helpful and caring.
The beach is wonderful, kept clean and well maintained.
The suit we took was really amazing, roomy, pampering.
It is some 20 min' ride from Taba border so the location is great.
All of those make a great vacation.
The beach is amazing with the desert in the background, and it is not as crowded as the hotel near .
The hotel has a very 90's vibe to it so it feels like going back in time.
The staff are very nice .
The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very good
Breakfast is fine
Rooms are spacious
Solitude, silence and sandy beach - not a place to party
One of the most friendly and welcoming staff I ever met.
Rich and tasty breakfast and dinner.
The rooms/bathroom/toilets are very clean.
Located 30min drive from the Taba border crossing.
Good value for money.
beach: nice
breakfast: good
lunch: bad
dinner: bad
snacks: bad
The type of guests was unexpected, they don't respect queues in the dining room, they don't respect reserved places by the pool and many other things that don't meet my expectations of hotel guests.
Amazing stuff, good hospitality, answered all our needs, and more, with a smile.
The hotel is kids friendly with relaxing areas, Spiritual design.
Great view to beach and pool, good energy.
Food is tasty, local dishes
A wonderful hotel, right on the border, the staff was courteous and professional, both in the hotel and in the casino, the service was great, and the facilities were excellent. We will definitely be back again soon!
I liked the big bedroom, is near to the Taba Border, It has a nice place to resting after the cross the border, the personal is very kindliness and helpfully.
the only fine part was the dining room. the food was good and the people working there were nice. other then that I don’t have one good word about this hotel.
very tasty food, very quiet place, no one is around. an ideal place for those who want to relax from the big city without the Internet and communication
