My wife and I had the best of time at SB.
My wife and I had the best of time at SB. We felt like we the guests of honor the whole time we were there! We stayed there for 6 nights and had opted for the all-inclusive package. The food was always delicious, and there was more than plenty of it; and great variety, too. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package. The manager is always around and will amuse you with his sense of humor. Just don't have him referee your ping pong game if you play against your wife. He will always make sure the wife wins. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a nice terrace attached. Internet was mostly available around the reception area. All the staff were always more than attentive and very friendly. We went diving with the dive center located on the premise and we made some nice dives. We highly recommend Silver Beach!!

Small town with few places to eat.
Small town with few places to eat. Public beach overflowing with litter which is a shame indeed as the swimming bay is lovely.
The town is run down but there has been some improvements which does include more cleaning and repairs to public spaces. Masses of unattractive and mainly unfinished new constructions outside the old centre .

I never moved outside the resort. because the weather was too hot and humid but next time I may move outside. the sea looks virgin and the fish was variable and colorful and this makes the city suitable for diving and snorkeling .

Quseir has a lot of history but it is very poorly presented.
Quseir has a lot of history but it is very poorly presented. The fort was interesting to visit although I did that briefly since I was on a business trip. A lot of information about the history of the site but I would have liked to get some souvenir shop for the fort since everything you find outside is the normal pharoah stuff which you find anywhere. The old town was nice to walk around but it is very very run down which is sad because it seems to have very nice old houses (if restored).
People as usual were very friendly and there to help and chat

Very picturesque resort.
Very picturesque resort. Each cabin/room is designed as a mix of Nubian and Ottoman architecture. Very nice and perfectly clean, with very comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. The resort is quiet (no loud music). There are recycling bins everywhere on the resort, and the gray waters are re-used for plant watering (a certain environmental care, way above what can be seen elsewhere in Egypt). We went for snorkeling and we saw many fish in the coral reef just in front of the hotel. Many evidences of small corals buds (seem to be a healthy coral spot). Snorkelling gear and wetsuits can be rented at the hotel. Pool was heated so we could end the day swimming even if the temperature outside was close to 15 (end of PM). Note: do not expect a large sandy beach: this is a resort on a reef, including a jetty for an easier access to the end of the coral wall. Food is very good, particularly the breakfast. There is always at least 1 Egyptian dish available. The hotel can arrange transports from Luxor and to the airport (though the driver's style was a bit edgy, in accordance with the Egyptian tradition :).We loved the place and would go back again.
Snorkeling was fantastic especially on days with no wind - a huge number of diverse fish, turtle, ray.
The bar has a great view and we could watch 2 small white tip reef sharks from our table on the terrace.
We especially enjoyed the presentation of the marine biologist and she was very helpful with our questions.
It is also great that the hotel offers a clean up of the sea on monday mornings - nice for guests to be able to contribute to the protection of the El Quadim-Bay.
Everything was perfect.. this is by far one of the best hotels i have ever visited.
- the food was amazing
- hospitality was on point
- the hotel is following all the precautions of the corona virus.
- the hotel and the rooms are extremely clean.
-good wifi
- the pools, lake & sea were great & they had a perfect view.
- everyone at the hotel is very nice and hospitable.
- the spa and the massage was really good
Strongly recommended
Great hotel, good food, amazing atmosphere, nothing else really to say other than a fantastic time here. Nothing bad really all the staff were great and always helped when needed. Would come again 100%. Beach was beautiful and coral reef was amazing. Hope this helps anyone that is doubting to come. The bad reviews aren't right to be honest. I'd say come for yourself and see. 🇨🇦🤝🇪🇬
i have been charged for my 2 times . first time at 25th april and second time was recently 10th june after i already left the country
when called the hotel to ask ,they said they were using a diving center POS machine. total not acceptable from booking.com at first
I need immediate action and need full refund for my stay and my money back which is double charged
Everything! The structure and the style of the hotel's building, the view, the location.
Yet what I LOVED the most was the incredible generous hospitallity that Mostapha and Ahmad showed me, Mostapha's enthusiastic to tell stories about his town and his tribe's traditions and history. Forever grateful wallahy! 🙏
El Quseir is a wonderful place to visit the Red Sea in Egypt. Silver Beach is a nice resort right on the beach, you can walk along the beach easily since there is only an other resort beside. They have their own diving center, wich was very helpfull for us.
The room was small but enough for a couple of days.
I liked the family friendly atmosphere. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. It is located in a very calm place and the night lighting is relaxing. It's also near to a swimming friendly beach. Overall I enjoyed my vacation there and the hotel was one of the reasons for that nice experience.
Room is clean, quiet and the room view is amazing. Food quality is excellent. We really enjoyed. Helpful and friendly staff, the hotel management is always available and randomly checking if we need anything.
We strongly recommend this hotel and for sure we will come back again.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Its So peaceful and and the hotel is offering so many activities (with additional costs). Very delicious breakfast with so much to choose from. Big property, even with a lot of guest you will have enough privacy.
In a beautiful old building right to be the sea downtown within 5 minutes walking distance from all the sites. Was a perfect place to stay for the historic spirit of El Quseir. Very comfortable and spacious with excellent WiFi
The room was spacious, the beach is amazing, room was ready prior to our arrival, good facilities, and the hotel is next to the main road. The overall stay was good and the value for money was very good.
all of the places in the hotel (pool, restaurant, and beach ) are near each other
the place is very clean
the staff is more than friendly and helpful they are all smiling and they are perfect
There's an excellent dive center located inside the hotel, water is great and there's lots of fish and corals just off the shore, rooms are big and comfortable.
A good hotel for that money. really friendly animation team, life guards, some bar tenders and some waiters. Beautiful coral reef right at the end of the pier.
