Beautiful location and so well done...historic yet up to date and classically decorated.
Walking distance to the shore and additional restaurants. Bus stop to get to downtown CPH is literally at the foot of the exit...and bo tickets are needed, all you need to do is download an app. Couldn't have been more pleasant!

It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I stayed in Lyngby because I had to go every day to the University. The centre of Lyngby is nice for staying around, all necessary facilities are nearby, but there is really nothing special to see. On the other hand the train connection to Copenhagen is fine and restaurants and bars are probably cheaper then in the city.

KL has the lakes with water aspects and calming walks around...
KL has the lakes with water aspects and calming walks around. The town is more a dormitory for Copenhagen and quiet in day. We found a good restaurant aimed at locals and found it easy to navigate and park for train to Copenhagen ( one change)

The owner was helpful when needed, the apartment was spotless & cosy-warm, was perfectly laid out & had everything (& more) that we needed for a 1 week stay, including every white-hood under the sun. Wonderfull view, seems like an exotic place, nice people, boats, nice houses. Please take the boat ride, very close to the hotel. A walk is also good to stretch the legs and get ready to some wine or beer in the evening at the hotel's restaurant. Great breakfast also, nicely placed in gentle cups.

The location itself is a bit away from Copenhagen proper, but there is an express bus to the centre nearby. The housing complex also contains a large super market and a good take-away pizzeria.
