It was the second time at this place and, as always, the staff was attentive to all our requests and the food was delicious. The hotel is situated at an amazing place of Dades Gorges so from our balcony the view was incredible! They’ve arranged a wonderful walking tour to the Gorges and it’s in my plans to return for another one!

Atlas is beautiful in spring, all red and green in the deep of the valleys where the "Ouad" runs... the gorges are amazing the worth the long way in which you cross anyway very nice typical berber villages and super various landscapes....seek the "Doigts"....
Great stay at Maison Isabel. It feels like home. The terrace is amazing with a beautiful view on the Monkey Paws and the canyon. You can also start the trek into the canyon from the house. It was just perfect. Also, Moha and his family are amazing hosts. Moha was so nice, very welcoming, and has a great sense of humor. We really felt comfortable staying there. I also have to mention that the tajine was one of the best tajines I've had in Morocco. I definitely recommend the place !
hoghly recommended!
We just booked in the evening and arrived in the night. After calling our host stood up in the middle of the night to let us in, so so kind! Our whole trip was very chaotic, so that we checked out way to late because for some reason we got lost during the hike. The monkey fingers are right in front of the Hotel, very close to start the hike.
He was so patient and prepared at noon a fantastic breakfast outside on the terrace! We experienced so much kindness!
Nice place to drive to the Dades gorge and valley du roses from there. Easy to find directly on the road between Ouarzazate and Boumalne Dades.
Very comfortable room with heating, comfortable bed, hot water, friendly staff who gave us some good info what to visit and see. Delicious food in a nicely heated restaurant. Also the Lodge has a safe parking inside the hotel for motorcycles, cars,...etc.
Highly recommended this lovely place to stay.
Foremost, the hospitality of our hosts was excellent. I say this because it was clearly genuine and they are very nice people. The food was also excellent. We ate dinner there and were pleasantly surprised when course after course using French techniques came out. I’ll add that breakfast on the terrace was also a treat. Finally, we quite liked the room. It was spacious and the shower was the best we’d had in Morocco.
The family owned Kasbah is an oasis hidden on our path to Merzouga. We were welcomed warmly and had a delicious slow cooked dinner with the best tajine we ate in Morocco so far. The room is very comfortable and has all you could need. We had breakfast in the morning in the garden, all fresh, homemade and locally sourced.
We would love to come back in the future to stay longer and explore the Dades Valley
This is the BEST hotel we stayed in Morocco. The setting is magical and the facilities are simply superb. They resemble a perfect place in Tuscany or Provence. Rooms are immaculate. The dinner is a set menue and gourmet style - top calibre prepared by a highly regarded chef. The breakfast is amazing. So much choice. The hammam was the best in Morocco thus far. Simply the best place on our trip.
“I recently had a wonderful stay at the Amgoun Hotel, the rooms were spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the city. The restaurants inside the hotel served delicious and interesting dishes, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay at the Amgoun Hotel was truly exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Luxury and stunning views of the city.”
there are so many little details in this hotel that you feel welcome and home from the very first minute! the hosts are very friendly and ensure that you get the best out of your stay - be it some recommendations for a hike, towels for the pool or an amazing six course dinner at the hotels terrasse. we can only recommend this place :)
This is one of the coolest places we have ever visited! It's tucked away among the trees along a quiet river. The hotel is an old restored building that is like someone out of a fairy tale. It's really special. The gourmet dinner we were served was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend. Staff is lovely.
A great, dramatic location. The building was exotic and fun. Very photogenic. The staff were interesting and helpful, very accommodating. Yossef was a great guide for the Monkey's Fingers and very informative. He organised a nice Berber pizza lunch for us. The hotel food was very nice.
Amazing views from lovely terraces overlooking the mountains and green oasis below. Easy to walk to Kasbah ruins and access to the Dades Gorge. Owner cooked us dinner. Sweet hotel with Amazigh decor and comfy large communal living room for evenings.
A beautiful place run by a lovely family. Everyone was very caring and always made sure we had everything we could need. The room was nice and spacious. To get to Gorges Dades it takes about 20 minutes by car.
friendly staff and good view. probably one of the better hotels in this location. this Riad is at the top of the gorge, which is highly recommended compared to the ones in the lower part
The hotel is beautifully located across the road from the gorge and Kasbah ruins that make a great quick hike. The staff was friendly and helpful, dinner was marvelous.
Everything!! Great place to stay. Luxury hotel, beautiful decor. Very clean, comfortable, amazing buffet for brew and dinner included. Had a very comfortable stay.
