Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle...
Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...
People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

its the place if you want to hang out in ayia napa at nights or beaches but back to sleep at quieter area, plus close to other cities and beaches like protaras and 3 fig tree beach even to big super markets and on highway to laranaca.

Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

Nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious enough, with nice kitchenette, with stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge. Very clean apartment. Had 2 sofas which turned into beds in the living room, and 2 connected single beds in the bedroom. It is located in a residential area, and definitely need a car to go to the beach, which if you have a car everything is quite near. The complex has no swimming pool onsite, but who needs a swimming pool as the brilliant beaches are just around the corner!

I recommend Paralimni. It’s a very nice area. There are very nice sandy beaches and lovely restaurants serving local food. The only thing I do not recommend in Paralimni is BLUE ELECTRA COMPLEX. They destroy our holidays, as there was no water in the apartment. We couldn’t use the bathroom and the toilet.

We lived in the villa for 2 weeks. Very simple check-in instructions. At our request, they provided a ent bad and a high chair. Requests were responded to immediately. The villa requires cosmetic repairs, but this is not essential for a beach holiday. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. A small calm bay with turquoise water. Quiet street with villas, no traffic. There are many restaurants nearby (I especially liked the Italian and fish tavern). Also very good supermarkets ( Best Valeu and Metro ) A place for a relaxing and safety holiday.

Everything! Very clean villa and everything you could possibly need. Good location, just a short walk to beaches supermarket and good selection of restaurants. Bus stops on the main road (but need a bit of looking for) but will take you to Ayia Napa, Protaras etc and approx 1.50 per person each way. Great communication from the owner with many tips of places to eat etc, and always available for any questions, the best owner we have ever had! Would definitely recommend a stay here and will be back again I’m sure.

Exceptional choice for my 50th birthday. Trip for me and my kids. Everything was great: location, accommodation... Really everything was perfect: equipment, spaciousness, surroundings,... Communication with staff was perfect. I recommend this villa really to everyone. If you want to enjoy Cyprus and have full privacy and private pool, don't hasitate to book Villa Luca. Thanks to Kate and Christopher for their kindness even if we haven't even met!

Apartment in an excellent location very close to a beautiful beach. Clean and tidy. Talked to the owner, extremely pleasant and hospitable people. Close to everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good restaurants with local specialties as well as international cuisine nearby accessible through a safe walkway. Bakeries with an exceptional offer of various Greek / Turkish specialties. Several tennis courts are also nearby.

Pieris was always very helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth. The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises. The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.

The villa was wonderful. It was even better than expected. There were great restaurants and beach within walking distance. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Cyprus. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice one bedroom apartment, clean and spacious. I liked the decoration of the towels on the beds and the extra slippers! There were fruits and fresh water in the apartment giving the idea of living in a 4* hotel.
