This place is a piece of heaven !! i like being surrounded by the forest. I recommend this hotel If you would like to have the experience of being in the nature with the ambient sound of the creatures and the rain in a tree house -like room , especially at night !! very peaceful and quite if you want to be away for awhile from the busy life. I had 3 silence days phase at the hotel and I was taken very good care of by the staff , all are friendly and helpful with smile on their faces all the time. The breakfast has menu of different varieties, i enjoyed the kintamani's breakfast. Would love to come again whenever I am in Kintamani,

Villa Jempana Kintamani, hotel in Kintamani

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kintamani, Villa Jempana Kintamani is a villa surrounded by views of the mountain.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, quite small and with a beautiful pool. The staff is super friendly and we loved that we could book the night hike to Mt Batur with them (super efficient, good price and wonderful experience!). Loved the breakfast delivered to the room and the flexibility of the staff. We ate both nights in the hotel restaurant and were super happy with the quality (as well as the price level). Small surprises such as the free pool towels were really dding to the experience for us. Special thanks to Yasa (/Malex) in the staff who helped us a lot with our queries.

This is a stunning area of Bali with the Geopark and many attractions around. Totally different pace to Ubud and other parts of the south. Thoroughly enjoyed the change of scene and pace here, and as always the people are so nice.

Loved this area, so different to the many other areas we visited, perhaps because it is cold at night and hot in the day. Lush and wilderness feeling with stunning vistas of heights and mountains, lake and village. Surprisingly upmarket spas and cafes and accomodations. Multiple hot springs each more elaborate than the next. Loved the regular village life and agriculture going on everywhere. I was hesitant to put Kintamani in our 3 week itinerary but it was unique in Bali, spectacularly beautiful and that great mix of tourism convenience but with regular Balinese life going on all around you.

    Beautiful place!

Beautiful place! But it is bali.... so expect rubbish, lots of traffic and run down places. But no matter the look, the food was fantastic and so cheap at every place we went. This isn't a party place, but if you do plenty of activities during the day, hiking, bike riding, white water rafting ect youll be in bed early! The hot springs in town- Toya desa- run down charm but loved it! Has terrible reviews online but they seem to have fixed all those problems eg/plastic over the food and allowed refund of cash if you paid by cash (not entry ticket) to load up a token you use (handy cosyour constantly in the water) Massage wasn't great but facilities good. The other hot spring- great massage! But really bad facilities and pools. Mt butar is fabulous. Sunrise hike was incredible... but its extremely cold at the top, so bring warm gear. Beginners hike but it is a mountain so no thongs/flip flops. Great place to visit for 3-5 days.

It's very beautiful place, but a lot of fly and too cold in the night (take more warm clothers). Road from Amed was too hard for our old bike. Regina bali - very tasty restoran with fresh fish.

The best view that you can find in Asia. The people are nice, there are 3 ways to reach there are a lot of options. The police also actively manage the street to get rid of traffic. A lot of nice restaurants with the best view.

I would recommend to visit Kintamani for the coffee & the beautiful views of nature. Visit Volcano Batur for a hike to see the sunrise (bring hiking shoes, wind jacket, water, small breakfast & headlight, you are not allowed to do the hike by yourself, you pay for a guide).

The hotel at Mount Batur offered stunning sunrise and mountain views from the hotel room. The meals, including breakfast and dinner, were delicious and the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere is tranquil and cozy- perfect gateway for relaxation and adventure. What stood out was the opportunity to arrange a Batur jeep tour from the guesthouse, providing an unforgettable adventure. This hotel offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended for those seeking a picturesque getaway

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Bali, nestled near the mountains. The spacious rooms provided breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, boasting fresh and fragrant bedding that added to the comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the private pool, offering a refreshingly invigorating experience. As dining options were limited within walking distance, the hotel helped arrange car bookings with locals. The use of WhatsApp for communication was incredibly convenient.

The bungalow is comfortable and the facilities of the hotel are beautiful. All the details, the doors, statues, plants, are cute. The little pool is a perfect place for a lovely sunset with the volcano view. The breakfast was very nice. The staff don’t speak much English but are very kind and helpful, google translator always helped!! We stayed for nearly one week and had an amazing time using all the spaces in the facility.

Amazing property in an offbeat location. The property itself will make you go awwwww. Its beautiful, totally in a lush green place. Best part is just a walk of about 10 to 15 mins will take you to view points showing the Mt Batur's spectacular views. Bali is not just about beaches and ubud rice fields. You should definitely come to this less explored but amazing location.

We are an extended family of 9 people. The manager Mowgli gave us very good tips for trekking on Mount Batur in the morning. He organized it for us and we had a great hike! Bonus: he is very nice! The rooms were beautiful, mattresses were hard, best we had over 10 different hotels. The pool with the view was great, perfect to recover after the hike. I loved the place

View was breathtaking. Food was very good. Hot spring just fantastic - until the owner of the accommodation didn't start washing his filthy dogs in it at 1am. People there think that foreigners are bags of money. Have no respect no understanding to us - just unbelievable. Give them money and just go away.

This was one of the best places I stayed during my trip. The staff is so so so friendly. At night they build a bonfire and I learnt so much about Balinese culture by talking to staff. Also the trekking arranged by hotel was 10/10. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is it!
