We enjoyed our 1 night stay after an early flight into Birmingham. Host was friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and beds are so comfy with soft bed linen that smelt beautiful, didn’t want to get out of bed.
We would definitely stay again when visiting Sutton Coldfield

We had travelled from Wales to Sutton - our home town.
We had travelled from Wales to Sutton - our home town.
Sutton town centre itself has gone down the pan so much it was not good to see. If you are looking to go shopping there is not very much shop wise that is worth going to. We won't be back sadly.
If you want a good meal it is worth going to Boldmere just outside Sutton where there are plenty of eateries of all kinds. We would highly recommend the Shaban for absolutely excellent Indian food and service.
Sutton Park was still a lovely place to go for a coffee and long walk at Bracebridge.

Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete with wild ponies. There are some great restaurants in town and plenty of historically interesting sites, especially for Tudor period history buffs. It’s also close to Birmingham city centre which is easy to get to via the trainline

Our visit was purely to attend a family wedding, the wedding was fantastic and the couple did seem happy with the hotels assistance. The facilities for us as only used briefly were good, all staff interactions were good.

Location is great next to the canal, looks like a nice place when it's sunny with beer garden and walks by the canal. Very friendly young staff who made is very welcome. The accommodation was fairly clean but needs updating though the price reflected this.

Breakfast was like the straw that broke the camels back, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, smell of must and damp all around the hotel, but I was ready to ignore that, But then breakfast was ten pounds for instant coffee (yea, like from a jar) the bacon was over cooked and the eggs undercooked to a point neither were edible. The tomatoes were from a tin, but the 32 beans (phone reception was weak so I was bored enough to count). All this for over 70 pounds, I would rate it as 2 star hotel, at best .
Breakfast: fruit, juices, cereals, hot drinks, bread, beans and pastries great.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Replaced foods swiftly when ran out. Place where breakfast served was extremely pleasant.
Bar: food very good. Did not try restaurant. Lovely bottle of Chardonnay.
Spa: Pool good size. Steam room fabulous. Hotel in general: great building. Reception staff lovely. Bar staff and cleaners also very polite and friendly. Great setting. Free car park. Good location.
The Belfry is a large resort hotel. A real buzz around the golf centre, as you would expect. Our room was very good, spacious, clean, great view over the golf course. The bathroom had a fab shower and was modern and clean. Service in Sam's bar was tremendous. Breakfast was very well organised. And included poached eggs as part of the buffet offering, superb. All in all, a great hotel
Had a twin room. Great space, facilities, nice and clean bathrooms with a shower and bath (with jacuzzi settings). Provided with Toiletries too. Location was great for sutton coldfield area. Big window for natural light. Big TV in front of bed which was great. Had a dressing table wirh hair dryer also. Manager was helpful with concerns
Moor Hall is a well-placed spa hotel on the edge of Sutton Coldfield, attractive early 20c building, well maintained grounds inc a Secret Garden. Friendly staff, good food (esp breakfast), decent accommodation. Quite "golfy" in re clientele but hey ho, inebriated golfers are such fun !
We are frequent travelers and we’ve never experienced such exceptional service as in this hotel. The property is stunning and has so much history and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!
We liked absolutely everything! The New Hall Hotel & Spa is above all praise!!! The staff is very polite and tries to make your stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible! If you want to feel special, then you are definitely here!
Location was great for a wedding in Sutton Coldfield and handy with a Vintage Inns pub a short walk away . Vicky goes out of her way to be helpful and make the stay as pleasant as possible. A wide range on offer for breakfast .
The location was just off the main street in Sutton Coldfield and so was very convenient to shops. The room was clean as was the bathroom and we found the bed to be comfortable and so got a good nights sleep.
The location was amazing, we were going to the masters the next day at the belfry so this hotels location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the staff in the country kitchen were excellent!
I often stay at the Townhouse when travelling. It is centrally located in Sutton Coldfield, has parking and the rooms are always clean with welcoming staff.
Sutton Park is clean, and it's a nice place to stay for leisure. Anytime I visit Birmingham, I will continue to use the lodge; it looks good and clean.
