Hardly a tourist destination.
Hardly a tourist destination. Handy for doing business in the area (in my case attending a funeral) but I did wonder what the coach party that was staying there were doing or a couple of families with young children. Sutton itself very complicated to drive around with one-way systems, lots of chicanes and 20 mph speed limits.

Sutton is great.
Sutton is great. Local shops and local buses for ease of travel. The people are friendly and there are lots of marshes/large green areas to walk, sit and play. We ate at Miller and Carter which was the best dining experience we've had in a long time. Great food, atmosphere, music and service. We also ordered a take-in from a local pizza company.
I would ensure that there is adequate parking near where I stay and adequate sleeping space for my family.

It’s in a very good position , whenever we visit South London or even London, we like to stay at The Holiday Inn, Sutton..
The cleanliness is very good and all the staff, friendly and efficient ..
We ate at the restaurant both evenings for our two day stay, service excellent and food good.
There was nothing I would avoid, on next visit, and we look forward to returning soon.
I found the aparthotel concept extremely good. Its a sort of service apartment that gives you a fully functional kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, a hobb along with a queen size bed and television. equally good is the bathroom. all these features at a great price. Also the area is good and well connected as the station is right behind the hotel. Slightly far from heathrow but once you are there you will like it.
Brand new flat, furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for a family of 4, easy to get to Sutton and Morden for the tube. The flat had everything we needed for a week long stay. Bus stop literally right outside the flat and lots of restaurants/amenities nearby. The host allowed us to check out late which was handy with 2 small children in tow. Communication with the host was good.
Location is just a 2 mins walk away from Sutton High Street in a quiet residential area. The property is equipped enough for a short stay. The host was superb in communication and also allowed me to drop luggage at the location before agreed arrival time since we arrived a little bit earlier. Will stay again when in Sutton.
We checked in at night at 10 pm on 14/10/23
02 people were at the desk and the nale boy was helpful I don't know his name The second lady was not all bothered and was busy on her mobile Thanks for that hospitality, even I am a hotelier so I know how things are Train them properly or it will be bad for the hotel .......
My wife and I urgently needed a place to stay near my daughter who had contracted covid. This hotel was within walking distance. It is situated in the village of Carshalton close to restuarants, charity shops and parks. Of all the hotels we stayed in the UK, this was by far the best in terms of comfort.
The hotel was clean and family friendly.
The stuff very kind, caring and friendly.
They gave lots of attention to the children and nothing was too much for them.
Food was good and enough choice.
We loved our stay at Holiday inn in Sutton and 100% recommended. Thank you
It was a late booking as I had a meeting this morning in Sutton checked in late was met by very charming lady who showed me round offered me a cup of tea as it was late very quiet location facilities in room just what I needed very clean will definitely book again
Staff went all the way to ensure we had a good stay. They were very responsive and helpful. We were also able to borrow a buggy which made our trip much easier as we had an 18month baby. Location was great as easy to navigate
to and fro London.
Really nice apartment style room with a large kitchen. Super clean and well equipped. 2 minute walk from the Sutton train station and there are a lot of restaurants, etc. nearby. Very easy if you need to be in Sutton for any reason.
The hotel was fantastic. It's a home away from home. I loved the environment, the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely and all facilities worked well
Location was very convenient for London and Surrey with good rail and bus links. The price was very reasonable. Local shopping was great. Parking was good.
Everything! Amazing food loved the decor the breakfast touches like nice breads, overnight oats in jars, biscuits in room. Just wish all hotels were like this
