    The location is very good.

The location is very good. There is a super bus service almost on doorstep for those travelling without a car making places like Kilwinning, Irvine, Kilmarnock, Ardrossan, Saltcoats etc really accessible. Also a really good Morrisons and other outlets just a quick walk away. Fast food outlets are just next to hotel. The staff were great!

Main issue for me was lack of understanding re checking in. On arrival had to chap at a door for a while until a housekeeper came who advised I needed to go to the restaurant which was nearby. No staff at the accommodation site on arrival. Not very good when you've carried all your bags in then need to leave to go to another building to check in. Was told there were night staff located there but didn't see anyone when I returned at night. Bit disconcerting as a lone female guest The room was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and were really approachable. Offered extra tea/coffee etc and taxi details. The room itself was great. Weill equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. Was good value. Maybe booking in info should be conveyed on site rather than arriving with bags then having to trail to another building??

If you’re a disabled guest of travelling with younger children I would book elsewhere if I’m totally honest. The site is unstaffed, you have to park around the back of the property - even for those with a blue badge for disabled parking - then on entering the hotel you’re advised you need to go to another venue to actually check in / get your room key. Not disabled friendly nor travelling with young children from our perspective

Nice friendly staff ,great food it was the service in restaurant that let it down badly . And the cleaning staff was only to glad to help if there was a problem, it was sorted right away so well done . The lack of somewhere to sit in the rooms apart from the beds was an issue only one dinning chair to sit on is not ideal and lack of hanging space and somewhere to put clothes perhaps if there looking to expand the viriety of guests and not just people passing threw it would be a good idea to address these little issues
