The room looked and smelt fresh. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty room for the two of us. Basic needs catered for, with an iron and hairdryer already in the room. Also had tea and coffee facilities.

Yes we like the location as we used the boundary inn 3 times before as a stop off to go farther up to the northern part of England but this time the fire alarm went off at 230am and we did not get much sleep hope it's fixed as we are stopping there again on Friday

The Hotel is set in extensive grounds which are quiet and peaceful. It has been extended to the rear of the original Hall with two- storey wings of bedrooms and conference suites.
As an elderly person with mobility difficulties l reserved a suitable ground floor room and was very pleased that it met my requirements. However, the walking distance between the room and the dining room, reception and carpark was a bit of a challenge
and could not have been further!

Hotel looks lovely and everything seems nice.
Hotel looks lovely and everything seems nice. However, we ordered food in the bar and five out of the six meals were inedible. Food was awful so very hungry children. Ordered some desserts, kids ice cream was fine (£2 each). Full order of ice cream (£6!!!) came out smaller than the kids one. Took ages waiting for someone to finally. Come and address the problems. We did have the meals refunded but with no shop or vending machines near by we are all going to bed hungry.
Rooms……. Nice and clean and spacious however, no soundproofing at all. Someone down the corridor was playing really loud music all evening, as if to compete, another room tv was so loud we could hear it 6 doors down. And to top it off we can hear the music from the conference room below. Plus all the drunk people stumbling along the corridor loudly.
I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Great facilities, clean and modern rooms, lovely pool and games room. Breakfast had a huge variety however the evening meal service was incredibly slow and the bedroom doors were incredibly heavy resulting in them banging loudly which was frustrating whilst trying to sleep.

Hotel and grounds were excellent, staff friendly and efficient. Excellent decor in the hotel.
Swimming pool can be extremely busy at weekends as it has members from the community.
Fridge in the bedrooms would be appreciated.
Lounge area is very welcoming.
Plenty of shops in Eastwood, surrounding area is good, retail park in Giltbrook is very good.
Fantastic place to relax. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and comfortable pillows to sleep on.The cosmetics, including the body lotion were of very good quality. Good warm water temperature in the swimming pool, good high temperature in the sauna and steam room. Clean restaurant , great english breakfast, very good quality of coffee machine serving fresh coffee from the coffee beans.I recommend the room option with dinner.Great steak and fish and chips. Very nicely renovated bar area. I really recommend this hotel.
We've been here several times. The staff are very professional and welcoming.
The food it nicely done in the evening and breakfast is amazing.
We make good use of the leisure facilities that are available. gym, pool , jacuzzi steamroom, and sauna.
The rooms are spacious and modern .
10/10 for cleanliness.. Eastwood Hall has got this right. Great value for money and a beautiful venue .
There was nothing to fault with this hotel. The grounds were large and well kept, the bedrooms were large and very clean. The bathroom was much bigger than the average hotel bathroom with quality fittings. Even the towels were white and fluffy! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay.
Eastwood Hall is situated in beautiful grounds which are open to guests to enjoy. Our room was clean, spacious andwell equipped. The beds were very comfortable.Breakfast was buffet style , amazing, and contained everything you could possibly want. All the staff were friendly and polite. Any help you needed was met and all queries explained.
Pleasant staff, homely feel to the accomodation. Quirkiness of room layout (made a pleasant difference to usual standard hotel rooms). The pub is very popular, and does a good range of pub food. The old buildng in the Eastwood location has a bit of a historic feel being the birth place of D H Lawrence.
I liked the location of the hotel and the high quality feel of it. Free access to the leisure club was fantastic as well. The hotel has plenty of parking and staff are friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and very good quality. The coffee machines were painfully slow with queues forming each morning.
Lovely location with good car parking. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel common areas were spotless. Breakfast was good too, self service but could have as much as you wanted and was really good.
And I loved that I could open the window in our room and get some fresh air.
Eastwood hall went above and beyond to cater for me and my bridal party getting ready on the morning of my wedding. They brought breakfast to the room, allowed me to stay in the bridal suite even though I wasn’t getting married there and came to check on us throughout the morning.

Overall the hotel was very clean and staff very good
lovely grounds, good facilities. we were travelling to a football tournament the next day and the hotel moved breakfast forward to accommodate our early start
