Eastbourne is a beautiful place to be when the sun is shinning. Lovely walks all along the seafront. When it is wet there is good shopping and plenty of accommodating coffee shops. We enjoy Beachy head, and the marina, two different extremes!

Eastbourne is a lovely seaside place to visit, the beach is lovely even if it made of pebbles which can be difficult to walk on it. I would prefer sand. The Pier is lovely but been in the middle of March most of the attractions were closed, also by the end of the pier it looks little bit old and in need of refurbishment.
The old part of the town is nice, there are lots of shops but some places look little bit "rough" and in need of an upliftings. I did enjoy the visit and I am sure in summer the place is much more attractive.

We are in our eighties.
We are in our eighties. From that perspective, we enjoyed Eastbourne very much: walks along the front, Towner gallery, many entertainment options, very good bus service, frequent trains, excellent cafe's, affordable taxis, very friendly people. From the leaflets we saw, it looks a great place for families with kids.

In general Eastbourne is a bit of a kip.
In general Eastbourne is a bit of a kip. Two Wetherspoons in the centre - don’t allow dogs. Fair amount of dodgy people, I didn’t feel safe here.
Had an amazing curry at Shimla fine dining and a good Thai meal also.
The hotel was in a great location, discounted parking on the seafront outside the hotel.
Bar staff were amazing all day. Very attentive.
Has a good pool facility. Maximum of 10 people in the pool. However there was never anymore than 4-6 when we used it.
The hotel was close to the pier and town centre but far enough away to also be quiet at night.
The seating outside was great they had a smoking side and non smoking side. Good spot to sit at night.
We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Located right on the seafront, opposite a beach and easy walk to pier and town centre. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice and served to you at table, not buffet style. The hotel is charming and old fashioned in a nice way. Staff very attentive and polite ,the staff were so friendly and helpful .The restaurant was superb - the quality of the food was amazing and was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning. The room was very clean and comfortable , had tea & coffee facilities
This is a perfect option for a holiday for a resonable price if you don't wont to pay too much for a hotel. Sharon is very welcoming, room was great, clean with comfy king size bed and essential stuff in the room like tea/coffee+snacks, hair dryer, toiletteries, iron and ironing board, even additional huge warm blankets. Very nice breakfast will last you through the whole morning. Felt like you came to visit your relatives.
The location of the hotel was great, right by the pier. We booked a supieror twin room with sea view and it was fantastic, a really big room with lovely views. I got parked in the carpark as well as it was quite a big carpark they had. I am glad I didnt listen to some of the reviews as this room exceeded my expectations. I am definitely going to book again probably for October half term
This is a lovely guesthouse in Eastbourne. It is walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The room is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. My host provided helpful information about the area, including a hike along the Seven Sisters. They offer a number of breakfast choices. I went with the full English breakfast, which was delicious and very filling.
Great experience from start to finish. Really friendly welcome. Room ready for an early check in with no extra charge. Spotlessly clean, large, comfortable and well decorated room and a lovely breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect for exploring all Eastbourne has to offer and is quiet compared to other areas closer to the seafront.
The breakfast was extremely good with loads of choice in every department (the breakfast was continental). The Hotel was very well situated being just off the seafront with sea views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and one was made to feel very welcome.
Overall it was a very plesant hotel and suited our needs for the visit to Eastbourne. The full english breakfast was fantasic, especially the sausages! Good location for local pubs/restaurants and the sea front. Would book again.
Pleasant modern looking lounge/bar/rbreakfast/area. Well cooked breakfast with a good choice. Drop off zone Infront of hotel. No car park, but .£2 per day to park in spaces along the seafront places marked with H.
Very good location for Eastbourne town centre, the seafront and Devonshire Park. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Decent breakfast. Clean and relatively inexpensive single room.
Seafront hotel, sea view, and really comfortable. Close to town, very cheap all-day parking, and close to getting out of town to explore, esp Beachy Head area. Will definitely stay again
My favourite hotel in Eastbourne.. beautiful rooms and exceptionally clean and comfortable with good facilities.Staff are always extremely helpful and of course in a lovely location.

Have always wanted to stay here our favourite little village in East Sussex. The rooms were spotless and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing!
Such a nice little hotel! The owner was lovely. The room was updated and comfortable. Just across the street from the beach and a short walk to many restaurants.
Usual comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Stay here often on business. Good seafront location but only 15 minutes walk from town centre.
