It was good that we had vegan options available. We were able to order a late meal and take our dog with us to a separate dining area- though that had no view.
We found the evening menu was rather expensive. The meal was good.
Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety for all tastes cultures and dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and service was good. We were delighted to be able to dine al fresco with our dog.
Our room was spotlessly clean and eco-friendly.

Huge bed with great mattress.
Huge bed with great mattress. Good parking, nice location if not overlooking the car park. If you have special requests you must speak to the hotel - no one else and do it well before you arrive. I booked through booking.com. Do not make the same mistake.

Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives.
Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives. Staff on reception very courteous, friendly and professional. We will return and next time we will eat in the restaurant and let you know our opinion. Very clean but get better duvets - it will save you on electricity as heating will not have to turned up to high.

I have written my thoughts on our stay earlier in the review. One thing I would add is that the picture of the property in the advertising I didn't find flattering. It looks much more attractive in real life than in the photo which made me doubtful about booking. However I'm glad I did.

The room was nice but too cold.
The room was nice but too cold. The room thermostat seemed to be set at 21 degrees which should be warm enough but the room was cold and the temperature could not be changed. The bathroom floor was particularly cold!
The staff seemed a little uncomfortable with early checkouts.

Ramada Hotel at Cobham was the best hotel I've ever stayed...
Ramada Hotel at Cobham was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Really good and kids eat free breakfast. The services had great selection of foods. We stayed on our way through to chessington world of adventures. We will definitely use this location again. The family loved it.
Having booked the hotel for a night, I didn´t realise that it was located at the Cobham M25 service station and was delighted when I pulled in to get something to eat to find that this was the case. Really comfortable rooms and bed/pillows were great. I had a room to the back and you would have thought the hotel was located in the middle of the countyside! Really really great value for money and I will definately be staying again.
The food was excellent and, most importantly, the service was the best I've experienced in ages. Nothing was too much trouble. Polite, well presented and very friendly. A lot of hotels/restaurants could learn from here. It was our first visit for a while, due to our location, but it would be our first choice if we were staying in the area. Unlike a lot of businesses, standards have not dropped. Very enjoyable short stay 😊
Easy check-in process, room was quite basic for a Hilton but fine for the price paid. Free of charge parking and an EV charger in the car park meant it was easy to get to and away the next morning. Hotel bar is not cheap, one cocktail (Aperol spritz) and a pint of shandy came to £20 - I'm used to paying through the nose for trendy cocktails but being charged £2 for the lemonade in my shandy took the biscuit.
My family and I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Cobham, it was my wife, my 2yo daughter, and I. The staff were really helpful in providing a cot big enough for my girl, it was my wife's birthday and they made an effort to make the room special for her in response to my request, she was really happy with it. The breakfast was good, both the amount of options and the food itself.
Wow. I was just looking for as cheap as possible room near Chessington World Of Adventures and found this and booked. The staff are very pleasant and the room was very spacious and clean. My 6 year old was telling everyone we met he 'was staying in a luxury hotel!'. Will definitely come back if needing to stay in the area again.
Unfailing courtesy at Hilton Cobham will not be forgotten, from Concierge through dining areas and lounge staffing. It was a pleasure leaving the £5 note following a light lounge bar supper, Check 18216535
The staff were amazing nothing too small a problem for them to behave impeccably. Always a smile and hello from ALL staff. The room and communal areas immaculate. Best stay ever. Thank you Hilton Cobham.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern. I was travelling for business and it was easily accessible, albeit the M25 is a bit of a nightmare for travel!
Room was clean and the staff were very welcoming. As the hotel is on a motorway services there were plenty of food options if you don't want to have hotel breakfast.
old character of the mansion was great for pictures.
staff was friendly and experience was great. location was also great if you plan to go around Surrey hills.
