We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore this region including The Cotswolds.
The room was spacious, warm and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. The shower is large with a lovely rainwater head as an option. The bathroom has under floor heating.
My husband enjoyed the coffee pod machine.
Overall I can't fault the accommodation at all.

My partner and myself loved everything about it. Sean and Gemma were wonderful so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel.
The evening meal was superb and the breakfast was just as nice with plenty of choice.
Our room was luxurious, comfortable and clean. We honestly couldn't fault anything about our stay, we found a little gem and would definitely return, also recommend to anyone who is planning on visiting the Cotswolds to stay here. Bampton is a pretty place and an ideal touring base.
Thank you to the Fleur de lys and especially to Sean and Gemma for making our stay a special one.

This was a great hotel - unusual and quirky - with fantastic service from all members of staff.
The food was excellent, especially the evening meal.
A really delightful place to spend a couple of nights.
The management team were incredible and shared with us the details of the accomodation and how it came about.
The rooms, baths and toiletries were beautiful and of the calibre of a five star hotel - particulary the bath.
Such a nice touch with the turndown service where they refresh the room and set the radio to classical so you are welcomed to a very relaxing environment.
Loved the cocktails the head barman was such a gem and you could tell he had such passion for his work.
We had a stylish large room with French doors onto the garden. The public drawing rooms were very cozy, with books and games available. The bar was surprisingly happening for such a small town, and the patio was lovely during the afternoon. The hotel is close to the Thames and we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon riding along the river with bikes rented from Push Pedal, a nearby bike store that the hotel put us in touch with.
The food was delicious, we ate at the hotel restaurant both nights and in particular the scallops were probably the best I’ve ever tasted.
The staff were really helpful, we had some issues with our room since the heating wasn’t working and members of the team were trying within their means to help by providing complimentary hot drinks to our room.
I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and it exceeded expectations. Staff were so accommodating and were able to offer us a free upgrade which was lovely! The food at the hotel is amazing, you have everything you need at the property for a chilled weekend break.
Bedroom was lovely, large, comfortable with an excellent bed. Staff were great, very well managed hotel. Fantastic value for money. Building is lovely, very well decorated. One of the best hotels we have stayed in in England.

Great hidden hotel in a little village. Food was superb 5 starts, one must have dinner at this Hotel a real gourmet food. rooms were big, bathrooms real antiques but beautiful.
The location was beautiful. The decor of the hotel was fantastic, details and details - which I love. Super cozy place and the staff was really helpful and nice.
