We stayed here because we had tickets for Strictly and it was the perfect choice. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel and when we got back late, about 11.30pm, we were still able to order food from the restaurant. It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay and I would highly recommend.

We used it as a cheaper alternative to be able to spend longer in centra london with young kids to show them the sights, caught tube into central london and found this easy to do from the central location of hotel & borehamwood. The hotel isn't to far away from the train station, when I 1st arrived I got a taxi from station to hotel because it was quite late,, but when I left the following morning I walked through Borehamwood it took about 20 minutes to walk to station. I had a very good breakfast and liked that I didn't have to check out till 12, so not rushed. Only negative and it is a silly one but I do like biscuits in the room with the cup of tea., overall excellent stay and bed was very comfortable.

I was quite disappointed in the shopping options.
I was quite disappointed in the shopping options. I'd left my shoes behind so needed to buy a pair for the evening. But I couldn't find a single shoe shop in the High Street. Does everyone live only in trainers these days??

Our main purpose for staying in Borehamwood, was to see my mother in Potters Bar about 7 miles away. We used 'Jennys' cafe to eat before travelling to Potters Bar & we also had tea in the 'Hart & Spool' on the Friday night which was excellent
Home was very inviting, big kitchen and living room as shown in pictures. The management was really kind they allowed me to check in earlier from check in time.I felt very welcome as other tenants very nice aswell, even the cleaner lady was kind enough to send me to supermarket nearby😘.If u don't have a car, public transport was 12 minutes walked from the house.Train station a bit far ,take a bus to Elstree and Borehamwood train station. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended if you wanted to be outside city.
Excellent hotel in a great location if you're travelling into London (half hour on train). Staff were excellent, really hapy and friendly and noting was too much trouble. Room was very clean modern and comfortable as was the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Overall we had a great stay, would highly recommend and will book again. Fab hotel with excellent customer service
The breakfast was excellent. (full English Breakfast) The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Frederica who gets a special mention from me and who made me feel very comfortable in every way. The same goes for Momun. It is very well located near the Elstree studios and the Mega Tesco. A 10 minute walk to the high street.
This may be classified as a "lower budget" hotel, but there is nothing poor quality about it. Everything - and I mean everything was superb - Room, Comfy bed, Bar/Cafe food and drink, and wonderful staff - and free car parking onsite - excellent location.
The host was really welcoming, let us check in earlier and responded quickly to messages helped with a restaurant recommendation. Great location for elstree studios where we were going. Good to have a private garden room separate from the main house.
It was a nice sized , clean room with easy access to shops and station. Usually stay at Travelodge but saw this place and it was a lot cheaper. I set my expectations lower but it was a nicer room than Travelodge.
I've stayed here before, it is a really nice hotel in a convenient location for travelling into NW London. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. My stay was very short, but very pleasant.
The room was compact and very clean. Bed very comfortable. Big shower and bathroom very neat and clean. Very quiet in the room, didn't hear any noises from the hotel otlr attached rooms.
For what it cost, this is an excellent hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was very nice, no mouldy corners, no stale smell in.the room. Breakfast was great.
Friendly staff clean rooms and in a good location not far from local pubs and restaurants ..food in the hotel was very good and it had a bar and pool table
