The welcome and actually everything else. The host was more friend than manager. Srdjan, the manager, accompanied me throughout my stay. Somehow he managed to be omnipresent everywhere and solved any or all problems immediately. He made sure that his guests always felt comfortable. Thumbs up. The room itself had everything one needs, well arranged and clean and offers a homely atmosphere. The fact that public transport is right at the doorstep is definitely a plus.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport but signage could be better - I almost missed the building since the hotel sign is not visible when you walk from the bus stop. - The room was comfortable, sufficiently big to be at ease and very clean (which is usually the case in Swiss hotels). - Breakfast has to be selected on a list, but bread and fruit salad were fresh and the scrambled egg was delicious :-)

The lobby bar was a nice place to unwind and have some light snacks. Also the daily breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The hotel is directly across the street from a large mall with a nice food court and restaurants, but make sure you go for dinner before 8PM.
