The receptionist/ he was not professional. I didn’t like the room as I have asked for a lake view and I was offered one on second floor. The balcony was very low and close to restaurant seating which provides no privacy at all especially for a woman. I asked for a higher level and had to pay for upgrades room ( panoramic view) and the balcony was chaired with next room as well. ( photo attached.) This was my second stay but there is huge difference between the professionalism in both stays.! I need to mention that booked two nights but wasn’t as I expected it be, I wanted to check out the second day and the receptionist and the manger (refused to accept my check out ) and said i have to call booking.com before 3pm ( the time was around 2:15pm then), so i did make a 12 minutes international call to booking.com customer services to explain the situation and get an early check out the next day. Do you think this is professional?? I am a lady staying alone!!! At least show some respect.

The hotel is located in a quiet surroundings with lots of greenery and nature. The views of the Alps remain breathtaking. The building and its immediate surrounding architecture is very pleasant to be around. The staff are incredibly friendly and enormously helpful, as they had been during previous stays.
