Malmo is one of the greatest cities I ever visited.
Malmo is one of the greatest cities I ever visited. Firstly, the surroundings are very nice. The city has a beach, many parks, much of restaurants, museums, activity friendly places. Secondly, everyone is really nice and relaxed and the overall vibe is home-like. I would totally recommend to anyone who wants a short or even long city break.

An interesting city and the 'Cathedral' - St Petri - is a stunning building with what is said to be the largest organ in Scandinavia. Certainly well worth a visit. The various squares with restaurants are cosy and fun. The live music bar (Irish themed) called Fagan's was fun and full of atmosphere. The 'Folk & Rock' bar/live music house in the Lilla Torg square was full of memorabilia and whilst we didn't see the band playing there that night, we went for a coffee after church the following day.
We wanted to visit so much more, but sadly we didn't have the time.

A visit to the artificial island of Universitetsholmen near the train station offers the opportunity to get architectural and musical impressions from Malmö Live.
A walk through Kungsparken and a jump into the city library „Stadtsbibliothek“ with its bright furnitures and ground floor windows that let in the green colors of the park show a calm sight of the city.
The Malmö Konstmuseum offers insights into Swedish art and is a good retreat in its natural surroundings.
Helsingborg with its harbour and cultural center including a visit at Olsons skafferi with its Italian athmosphere is a good option for a one-day trip.
And an evening in Øresundsparken with view to Øresund bridge is a nice final impression.

A very cozy city with a beautiful history.
A very cozy city with a beautiful history. In the city, you can see many historical buildings and visit the pharmacy built in 1896 (Lion Pharmacy). Next to the pharmacy is the town hall, and nearby is Malmo's oldest church (St. Peter's Church (Sankt Petri Kyrka)), which was built in the 14th century. In general, the city is very green and alive, many flowers and squares, fountains. A city that is definitely worth visiting.
It is also important to mention that Malmö is connected to Copenhagen by the Oresund bridge. It is the longest in Europe with both roadway and railway combined in a single structure, running nearly 8 kilometers (5.0 miles) from the Swedish coast to the artificial island Peberholm in the middle of the strait.
The place was ship shape with surprise amenities like a heated shower floor. The kitchen was well equipped and once I figured out how to unlock the induction stove top I good to go. Transportation a breeze and an easy walk to the central station or a longer walk to the beach/ seaside park. Free laundry room. The evening security person found and lent me a European USB outlet. I love that this beautiful old Industrial building is being cared for... Lots of new construction in this part of Malmö.
location, you pay one of the highst rates in city and Believe me you will find the cheapest materials, staff, antique Toilets, but best part was they Had Rituals brand pressing soap in shower the only asset they have vaualble in hotel but i am sure because i have a hotel using same material ,they changed pressing mechanism so it gives so little soap lthat you dont want to use
Tunneln is a historic hotel in the center of the pedestrian district of Malmö, 10 minutes' walk from the railway station. The hotel is really charming, with a comfortable library-bar, artwork throughout, and rooms with both trendy and historic touches. The breakfast had a good selection. My second stay and I'll certainly be back next time in Malmö.
Staff are super friendly and so helpful, breakfast offers a large selection of food from pancakes to joghurts with a selection of toppings, Swedish, Continental and hot options too.
My room was lovely , quite, very comfy and very clean.
I had a late flight and there was no problem to leave my luggageat the hotel while I explored Malmö
This hotel offered excellent value for money. The front desk staff was stellar and gave us some amazing recommendations. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom functional, and the overall hotel was nice. The parking garage across the street with direct hotel access was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here when in Malmo!
I liked the front desk lady that served us when we checked in and she was also there to check us out. Very friendly and called us a cab. The hotel is in a central location, to the Malmo Central station and universities, great for everyone visiting Malmo and if you are not fussy. We enjoyed the breaffast buffet.
We absolutely love this place. The More Hotel is our favorite place to stay whenever we come to Malmo to visit our grandchildren. It is an easy bus ride from Central Station and the rooms are beaufifully cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and I like that we can do our laundry while here.
My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Malmö was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was welcomed by warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The hotel's blend of modern elegance and historic charm creates a truly unique atmosphere that reflects the city itself.
Hotel very cozy and well located in the center in Malmö and very close to the train station. The room was small but nice, a good solution to spend max 1/2 nights in. Good breakfast service, although I might recommend for some more sweet options. Staff were polite and available to answer any doubt.
Great hotel near golf course on the outskirts of Malmö. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Travelled with two dogs and had room on ground floor with easy access to outside. Chose to eat dinner in my room, but was told dogs were welcome in the restaurant. Will definitely stay there again!
Hotel is ok value for money, good location, parking, ticks all boxes, but breakfast is so surprisingly good that it is worth staying there only because of that. Great variety, all prepared excellent, nothing is ever missing, bread is superb... 3 star hotel and 5 star breakfast.
Great location just near the station (you can actually exit the platforms on the quayside nearest the hote). Lovely rooms. Great view. Comfy beds. We loved it. Easy to visit Copenhagen for the day on the train. Costs around 25% cheaper in Sweden than Denmark.
The price was much lower than it was some month ago. So with the breakfast included it was great value. The hotel is in an area that might seem off but it is not so far away from the central parts of Malmö. You will also find buses and trains very close..
It is difficult to judge the location, as Booking.com cancelled our reservation in Lund Aparthotel 22 hours before we left home. We were offered the accommodation in Malmo and had no choice. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom .
The Hotel is perfectly located in Malmo. Quiet and clean rooms. Fresh towels and bathroom with plenty og toiletries. Excellent varied and fresh breakfast, presented to look inviting. Compliments to the kitchen. Charming staff.Thankyou.
The stuff is super friendly and helps you with any issues. Good breakfast, dinner, and super coffee break with delicious cakes. We had a relaxing time at the Clarion Hotel. Very central to visit Malmö. It's worth the price.
Super friendly reception staff, very comfy bed. While the hotel looks a bit dated, it's quite historical. Right in the center of Malmö and only a few steps away from restaurants, bars and also the train station.
Great location, right in the old part of Malmö. Many restaurants and shops nearby.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in early.
The breakfast was very good.
