Our stay was excellent for me, location is near to public transportation (train) good restaurants are walkable and convinient stores too. The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean.
Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.

The bathroom was stinking.
The bathroom was stinking. The room carpet was old and dirty. The WIFI connectivity was bad.
The morning breakfast was too scanty (less options). And most of the things kept finishing in the tray and had to wait for the refill. The neighboring Toyoko Inn is a few hundred yen more but surely worth staying there.

Espot shops: supermarket at 7.30pm for under half price foods and cheaper food in general and daiso(100yen shop) in same complex.
Sagamihara has a local feel about it not too crowded with people.
It’s a real community and good starting point to work your way towards big cities.
You have Rajuku Ramen School in the area to learn how to make many different styles of authentic Japanese Ramen, You have many people, old/ young/ mums and bubs riding the push bike.
You have many delicious food restaurants at reasonable prices and dominoes pizza if your missing fimiliar foods from home.
It m
I got free breakfast! The buffet is really nice but I only with it stayed open a little bit longer for those travelers who are getting used to the sleep schedule. The bed was very comfortable and I had a nice view from my window. The style and decor of the hotel is a little 90s but it's still a good option if you're staying in the city. I was only there one night but I'm really glad I chose it. I did like that they had a 24 hour lobby for those who go back to their room late. Also the room was a lot larger than I expected it to be!
1. The location of the hotel was a few minutes' walk from the metro train station and only a few minutes walk to the AEON shopping mall with many good food outlets also nearby.
2. The hotel overall facilities, cleanliness qnd staff were very pleasant... but only ONE Major item was to be the only real reason for the overall poor rating that I have to rank this hotel... pls see the reason given in the next review question below.
I loved there, it's much better than cheap not comfy hotel in the center of Tokyo. Bad was comfy, room has space to open ur luggage compared to other hotel. It takes one hour to go to center of Tokyo. Still area is good. There is good food and some malls near the hotel also close to train station. We enjoyed staying there so much. Also hotel has free onsen.
The breakfast was not bad. Most of the hotels I stayed at didn't have breakfast at all, so just to have it was good. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed taking a bath in the tub! My bed was right next to the window, so I had a nice view. The location is easily walkable from Fuchinobe Station.
Very good location, right next to the station and big shopping centre with many restaurants. The hotel was quite modern and offered many accomodations and facilities for free. Very simple process of checking in & out. The staff was helpful and kind. Definitely recommended for such good price !
Nice, peaceful and clean hotel with good connections. Fuchinobe station and Yokohama line nearby, as well as markets, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was OK, and coin laundry machines in lobby were useful. Good value for money, would definitely use this hotel again when in the area.
It's close to convenience stores and to the station. There is also a cinema nearby. There is an onsen in the hotel, too.
The staff were really nice. They always greet you when you leave and enter. They can speak English too.
The staff of this hotel was very well trained, so I felt very comfortable staying this hotel.
Under the hotel, there was a market. It was very convenient to get my food and souvenir for my family and friends.
The cost-benefit of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast was very well served too. The staff is very friendly and polite. The amenities were very good and the free parking lot was very convenient.
The location of this hotel is ideal, everything was neat and tidy. Also, there was no noise at all in my room. The big shopping malls are at walking distance.
