There are a couple of things to do at night.
There are a couple of things to do at night. For a single man, coming here to stay in the city, there are a couple of fun spots during the weekend night, ask your hotel staff, they will guide you on that front. This is best to consider as a gateway to the altai mountains. In fact that is what it is known for, the unofficial moto is "the gateway to altai". But this is not a good tourist spot otherwise. There are a couple of little things to do there, I would say, you can easily exhaust all cultural tourist spots in two or three days. If you are an avid ice hockey enthusiast, this city has produced more nhl players of note, than its size would normally warrant))) the people here are very welcoming and warm

Located above a very good restaurant and bar and close to the shopping mall if that's what you need. The room was spacious and the bathroom small, but well equipped. Fridge inside the room and plenty of space for your clothes. Kettle inside the room.

This was by far the biggest hotel room I've had in Kazakhstan. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. And being on the river and the walkway was a bonus.
