The staff was excellent and very helpful to a solo foreigner with nearly zero Japanese. Kind and helpful during my entire stay! Can walk to many sites. Station is nearby for busses, trains and taxis! The room was very comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel if you are in the Shimane area!

The large tatami room is very well suited for family traveling. Too bad that there is only one room like this one in the hotel. Special thanks to the staff member who welcomed us and helped us a lot to find a solution for a room for one additional person in group , despite the busy period of holiday.
