The lobby is welcoming and most of the staff were friendly and very heplful. My room was on the 5th, top floor, with a nice view, however the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, but I didn't mind it. There was nothing fancy about the room and bathroom, but were clean and comfortable. There was a nice deep tub which was great for a hot soak after a long day of walking and exploring. The heater worked well. I chose this hotel for it's close proximity to the train station and access to the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was basic, but good.

Estoril is a beautiful location to stay.
Estoril is a beautiful location to stay. Walking along the promenade towards Caiscais was wonderful and we got to experience the sea in many different moods, calm, stormy and just blue waves most days. It is so easy to get the train to Lisbon from here, just get a Navigante Occasionale card. We also used a very reasonably priced Uber to go to Sintra, which was stunning, a must-see. We had some amazing food, you need to try Manjar da Vila in Caiscais, very authentic Portuguese cuisine.

We came for a wedding, but have always stayed in Algarve, we visited friends who had a villa near sintra, we visted Cascias (drove around) and see a small bit of Estoril.
Having seen many wonderfull looking places just while driving about wished we had stayed in this area longer to visit and see more.
So intend to re-visit and see it all properly

We only stayed one night in Estoril.
We only stayed one night in Estoril. We spent the afternoon in Cascais which is really pretty and there was lots to do. If I had the choice again, I’d stay in Cascais. The casino is a big focal point in Estoril. We had dinner at Jackpot restaurant next to the casino which was very nice and the staff were really friendly.

Breakfast was delicious. Quality over quantity. Great coffee.
Room sumptuous and well equipped - robe/slippers, tea/coffee/biscuits, water etc. Very comfy bed and the best shower, ever!!
Lovely, tranquil pool area and no problem getting a sun lounger.
This hotel exceeded expectations. We will be back!
I have traveled a lot and to many different places. This was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in!!! From the staff, to the room and to the spa area everything was amazing! The attention to detail was top notch and everything in the whole hotel was so incredibly well thought out and executed!! Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Can’t say enough good things!! 10++

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the sea, and just over the road from the local train station. The hotel staff were mainly very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. Our room was lovely and had a great view over the sea both ways to Cascais and towards Lisbon.
The Hotel Palacio Estoril is the grande dame of hotels in this area. It is a hotel with history, and the fabulous décor reflects her grand style.
The rooms are well appointed as are the bathrooms with thick cotton towels and bath robes.
The Banyan Tree Spa is superlative. The best spa ever.
Location is good and walking distance from the beach
The staff is fantastic! Very kind and helpful with any detail
The hotel offers all the facilities a tourist can want: lounge bar, swimming pool, good hair dryer, nice staff…
I strongly recommend it
It is my second stay here!

Very good value for money. Breakfast is more than adequate. Secure parking. Sea views with close proximity to sea.. Friendliness of "staff". 5 minute walk to train for short and cheap journeys to both Lisbon and Cascais. Train every 20 minutes.
The restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly and professional. I loved the rooms, it has everything you needed and is spacious. The pool is beautiful and a quiet place to relax. The hotel is nearby many restaurants going by car.
Best value for money .I have got from a hotel. I travel to Portugal a lot as I have family living there. And that's the first time I stayed at the londres. But it won't be my last. Very impressed
There was no breakfast but the host provided us with everything needed, Estoril prime stay was just like a home. The host is just so awesome and pleasant, she really made us feel comfortable.
The location was key - close to our family in Estoril, as well as to the train for when we wanted to go to Lisbon. We also appreciated the space and the amenities - air/heat, laundry, etc.
The location is perfect for Estoril and you can even walk to Cascais. The room was big, really clean. We loved the breakfast options and all the staff was nice and helpful.
