Great location. It’s a little on the older side, smelled slightly musty but very clean overall. The view from the balcony was great! Plenty of restaurants in a shopping area right next to the hotel. Short 5 minute walk to get to the beach.
Only 984 feet from the magnificent Carcavelos Beach and 15 mi from the Lisbon center, this 4-star hotel provides 2 pools and rooms with private balconies.

Juliana & others work hard to clean.
If the reviews state property is not cleaned, it’s not because of the staff, but many of the hostel guests do not pickup after themselves.
I saw Juliana & others clean very well. I saw Juliana works very hard to make sure everything is tidy, neat, organized & sanitized.
The staff energy is exceptional & Juliana stands out. Juliana & the other members work to make you feel comfortable. I absolutely can not say enough good things about this hostel.
I truly did not want to leave because I felt so comfortable.
I know many other guests felt the same way.
If I can. I will definitely return.
Applause 👏 to Juliana & Mario
& others.
Also, I loved the style off the hostel building. The patio (s) are excellent.

Loved everything about Lisbon Surf Hostel. Staff and volunteers were super friendly and the property was kept very clean. It's close to the beach and train station, making it easy to check out the waves of the region. It also had board racks and a place to rinse and dry wetsuits. Probably the best kitchen setup I've seen in a hostel too. I extended my stay many times and will definitely be back soon!

A Faded Jewel in need of refreshment BUT you can't take away from the beach and its amenities. Signs of new cafes and restaurants starting up, but the impression is the crowds come from the city anyway so why make a huge effort :-) There is no real centre as we could see, just a linear settlement unlike villages up the Marginal or further in towards Lisbon.

Parts of Carcavelos away from the train line are actually quite nice. It's quite a sleepy little town outside of summer. The main beach is really for surfing not swimming. We were there in September and the water was already too cold. There are some nicer beaches to swim at close by but not really serviced by pubic transport.
It doesn't really have a great number of good restaurants and feels a little bit like a town than the locals commute into the city from.
Probably more of a day trip from Lisbon as opposed to somewhere to base yourself for a large amount of time unless you intend to surf.

A very well situated town for the ones who want to visit Lisbon and other tourist attractions. A very good and cheap public transport. Very clean, wide and safe beaches. Possibility to walk along the coastline. Numerous shops and restaurants. Helpful natives. Clean air.
Rooms were clean, with daily maid service, pool was lovely except for it being very cold but it was April, staff were helpful, fruit and bakery options at breakfast were nice, beach beautiful and close by.
The shopping centre attached to hotel was a bonus, the market and food outlets were great. The spa was nice, it gave us something to do on the day it was cold outside, does require €10 payment and you have to wear a bathing cap but well enjoyed, lovely bar/lounge with fantastic staff Egor being the main one, helped us so much.
This apartment was great. Rooms were clean, fully equipped with all you need on daily basis. Very kind was also gift for our kids - set of sand toys. We really enjoyed our stay, it is very close to beach, Riviera shopping mall and a square full of restaurants. Owners were always willing to advise us with practical information (train, bus...). There was a small issue regarding last day stay, however, owner managed it great and was very helpful. Overall, I can strongly recommend this stay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice pool. Short walk from the beach. Very close to well equiped supermarket. Free parking. Simple but good breakfast with real coffee ;) Best of all was a dining area with microwave, plates and cutlery which could be used by guests anytime. Very useful when your budget is tight and you cannot eat in restaurants every day. There is a kindergarden next door but it didn't bother guests at all. Perfect location to visit Lisboa, Sintra and Copa da Roca.

Everything is super-clean and ready like in a 5 stars hotel. That’s very important for my family specially the post-covid era.
The neighborhood is superb. The beach is very close and there are plenty of restaurants and we found nice places to enjoy our hollidays with our little daughter.
Our host, Bela, is always ready too help.
Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment with everything one might need. Which made us feel like at home.
It is just 400 m from a very nice beach (one of the best near Lisbon), nice restaurants and a supermarket. Highly recommended for a family holidays.
I loved how close it was to the beach and the decor. The apartment came stocked with everything you need to cook or enjoy a lazy day on the couch. There were beach towels and so much space for me to stretch out. Bathroom was clean and full of soap and other bath products.
Very good location near to the beach of Carcavelos, with a nice swimming pool, quite spacious and comfortable rooms and very good breakfast included. A bit on the expensive side but the whole experience was quite good. Definitely one of the best holiday days of this year.
The place is exceptionally clean and quiet. The host Rosa is warm and very welcoming. Makes you feel right at home. The countless treats and coffee tops the cherry. The place is very close to the beach, train and bus station. The restaurant also serves delish meals.
Paradise Suites in Carcavelos is a unique place to stay when visiting Lisbon and surrounding areas. The hosts Angelica and Zilton make you feel at home. Everything is very clean and organized. The place is decorated with elegance. We enjoyed our stay there.
Perfect location! Plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery store and beautiful beach all within a minute walk, plus free parking right next to the apartment. We really liked the apartment, it was clean and had great layout for a larger group like ours.
Great hostel, great staff! Very nice option if you want to stay a little bit outside lisbon in a cute area where there is walking distance to the beach. Easy to catch the train to both Lisbon center and Cascais.
Very nice clean and friendly staff nice breakfast close to beach and 10 mint from station walking if you like to explore Lisbon city centre was amazing
