The place to go for walking in Gelderland. Don't miss the 'Lochemse Beuk', a enormous, beautifully symetric beech tree 250-300 years old. The town centre is small and charming, and there are a few nice places to eat.

It is right in the centre of Lochem, as its name suggests, so everything is on the doorstep. The host was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was to die for- fantastic start to the day. The area of Lochem is very nice and several towns can be easily reached. Very recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful as well!
