    Great driving drifting school at local test centre, some nice local parks and the new national park at Marker Wadden all worth visiting and enough for a long weekend, otherwise a pleasant modern town.

    15-20 min. Waiting to check in because the restaurant line is priority. They only change the towels not make the bed nor replace shampoo and soap. The room is tiny for 2 people. The worst: THE BLACKOUT doesn't work. It's wrongly instaled or what? 6 am it's like a sunny day in the room. 45 EUR it's a very very well payed. NEVER MORE THAN THIS.

    I wanted to visit OVP, the massive rewilding project. So this place was a short taxi ride (20 euros). There is no other way The hotel was great. Terrific staff, friendly and kind. Nice room. Warm and cosy. Really good blackout curtains The proprietor gave us vouchers for a restaurant on the marina. Two free drinks! Food was great

    Lelystad is an interesting town insofar as it is the administrative seat of the province of Flevoland, which is the newest part of the country of the Netherlands. The city was founded in 1967 so it stands in dramatic contrast to the much older cities of the surrounding provinces. For example, Zwolle and Kampen both have buildings dating from the early 1600's. It has a harbor which contains several classic two and three-masted ships, as well as an amazing life-sized replica of a Dutch vessel from the VOC (the Dutch East India Company), named the Batavia.

    Lelystad is an amazing place very close to the Batavia shopping centre 10 min walk, fabulous garden and very friendly staff. Close to zuigerplas bos and Ostervaardsplaasen Ideal for cycling and animals and bird watching. Took a boat ride to new island maarkenwaard. Absolute breath taking. Worth the trip.

    We loved, the Idea of coming back on holiday. Enjoy the shopping at the Batavia outlet, play Golf, Enjoy the beautiful nature reserve. We gather they are also lovely restaurants big the waterfront. Of course enjoy more of this beautiful serene Hotel Huis Van Steen

    Unexpectedly, this was one of my best stays in a hotel ever. The hotel is stylish, modern, extremely comfortable, and has amazing facilities (including a self-service 24h shop). The staff is friendly and professional. The views from the hotel are wonderful - especially from the bar on the 16th floor. Even the smell (perfume?) in the beautiful corridors is great. Also, breakfast was delicious. In short, I went there for 1 work-related night, but I will definitely return for a holiday stay!

    It is a cozy BnB in Lelystad. It’s very near the city center, just a few minutes drive. It is surrounded by a vast field. It’s in a sort of an industrial area but it was very quiet it didn’t impact the whole feeling of the peacefulness of the bed and breakfast. There’s parking space too at the BnB itself. The breakfast was amaaazing! Very generous! And the host and staff are very friendlyy!! Highly recommended to stay here. Thank you very much, our stay had nothing been but great!!

    Great B&B with an astonishing taste for detail. The room was designed in an old romantic setting. The breakfast room had so many details you couldn't stop staring at all the beautifully collected items, it somewhat reminded us of an old parisien bratisserie. If anything the location is simply a little off the trotten path, but it overlooks the fields. The hotel's own outside area is very inviting and even has a little outside bar. There is parking behind the hotel gates.

    A totally different place, I always stay in hotels when I come to Lelystad, but I found this place comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. It honestly exceeded all my expectations!! 11 out of 10! thanks to the hosts for their kindness!

    Nice family hotel directly at the marina. The restaurant "Club Port Side" is highly recommended. It should be reserved in advance. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and varied.

    If you are looking for a hotel in the Lelystad near the train station this is pretty much your only option. I have stayed in the hotel many times before and usually had a better experience. I am not sure what happened this time.

    This is a small hotel with 3 rooms. However, the room is in well maintained condition will full kitchen facilities. There are even peacock on site with a large horse ranch. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here.

    Staff was very very polite and gentle - Hotel is clean and in good position - the parking in front is cheap during the night and expensive during the day. accept only coins and no credit cards. unbelievable like nowhere else
