The staff was incredibly nice, and the hotel has a warm, homey feeling. Very beautiful location, and we will for sure be visiting again (:

The room was great and worked well but what surprised me in such a positive way was the restaurant. I decided to book dinner there and was so happy that I did. The meal was exceptional, not at all what I was expecting. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. I'll definitely return.

Everything was excellent. The room is big and convenient , stuff was very welcomed and friendly , facilities were great and breakfast was wonderful. The only problem is that we ordered one night instead of two.

The location is nice if you like quiet and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was also good and staff were helpful and nice.
The reception staff give you little or no information.
The reception staff give you little or no information. The rooms are spread over a large area and we asked to have 2 rooms close by but they were on opposite sides of the site. Be prepared to pay extra over and above the cost of the room, make sure that you book ahead for dinner, breakfast and facility usage.
The rooms for me are very dated and could benefit from a refurbishment, the so called room terrace had more weeds than flags. If you have a family then the cost of food and drink at this hotel can sky rocket so please be prepared. The location for us was good and was near to Appeldoorn and Arnhem and you could be quickly onto the motorway network.

For a visit to this area especially with the Kruller-Muller...
For a visit to this area especially with the Kruller-Muller museum, Hoenderloo is an excellent stay-over rather than the City on the West side of the nature park, Otterloo. It is much quieter and right there the white bikes are available at the gate of the park. We had an excellent dinner at the ‘t Boerenkinkel the night before and started early for Kruller-Muller museum. As the cafeteria of the museum became very crowded with a long line before ordering lunch we decided to go back to ‘T Boerenkinkel for lunch instead. It was a very good choice.
The hotel is the perfect stay over when visiting the Hoge Veluwe park and the Kruller Muller museum. The location can’t be any better, as it is right at the entrance of the park.
A spacious, clean and comfortable room ( space enough for a bath, which it hasn’t unfortunately), with a wonderful breakfast-the best and biggest variety I have ever had!
Definitely recommended!
The staff and location. Friendly staff, especially the foreigner guys (I think from Spain?) at the restaurant and bar. Smiley, helpful and ready to give a good service all the time. Hotels should hire more people like them! Location, what to say. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect location to discover the Veluwe!
This hotel is situated in a great location. While the rooms are small they are well appointed. There is a large yard behind the hotel with tables and umbrellas for relaxing. While breakfasts aren't available there is a grocery store a block down the street. Secure bicycle parking is located next to the hotel.
Very cozy, well-maintained hotel in a beautiful and quiet location very close to the part entrance. The owners were friendly, restaurant food delicious, bed comfortable, and I think the owners have an excellent taste as everything looks just perfect.
A good quality hotel in a lovely quiet location. A good breakfast buffet too. Rooms were nice and big. A great location of you want to explore the national parks.
Very nice staff. Nice hotel, but not designed for business people as there was no desk.
Very good food. I would recommend the Vegerarian couscous. Great taste.
