I mean I liked the food around. Especially the meal vegetarian and sweets around was nice. It is an old looking city. But felt no issues overall. I wish people improve pan eating and spitting around. Rest the city is beautiful and I enjoyed being there

I found local very friendly polite and helpful.
I found local very friendly polite and helpful. City offers good restaurants, cafes, temples and park to chill. Only downside viswamitri river. Needs more care from local and governments. O P road offers good authentic gujarati food and cafes. Don’t forget to try Famous Jagdish sweets and savory. Make sure bring mosquito spreys.

Its a nice beautiful city, full of nice places to visit and enjoy the nature as well.
People are so friendly and helpful, the only challenge is the language, a lot of people who are driving transportations such as Auto Riksha are not English speakers, but still can manage with sign language.

Absolutely Rubbish City.
Absolutely Rubbish City. Roads and footpaths filled with garbage.
Truly "Unclean" city.
Nice local bus service at a very low cost'
Share Rikshaws (they call it "SHUTTLE' available to reach any corner of the city.
Very greedy Rikshavaals' quoting almost double the standard fare.
Hard bargain with them by taking the idea of the fare from Hotel Counter staff or local people.

Vadodara is a clean and cool historical city for a stay.
Vadodara is a clean and cool historical city for a stay. No heavy Hussle Bussle like commercial cities. Number of gardens and parks with huge plantations. A number of excellent food joints and restaurants. Convenient connectivity by rail, road, and air. Very comfortable and enjoyable city.

I stayed in vadodara nearly 1 yr in 1980s.
I stayed in vadodara nearly 1 yr in 1980s. This visit was to enjoy durga puja with old ftiends and i did. The city has changed many folds with modern facilities but the sayaji garden has lost its charm, though a toy train has been introduced.
It was a new hotel, so it was clean.
The bathroom was exceptionally well, especially the shower. Our room had both hand-held shower and overhead rain shower.
The bed was comfortable, sheets clean and comfortable, one would not hesitate to get in it.
The staff was at times very prompt and at other times would not show up.
The lady staff, especially those receiving the room-service calls in the evening shift were very prompt, sensible, and mindful.
Over all, I would book again and recommend others to stay here.
Breakfast was prepared to order and very tasty. The hosts are very welcoming and a treasure of knowledge about Vadodara. They have a nice collection of books and photographs about Vadodara. The lady of the house cooked all meals herself. The property is well maintained. Hot and cold running water 24 hrs is available. There are very cosy and comfortable areas to sit and read. It is close to many tourist attractions.
The hotel is a premium property at Vadodara. I had booked their room with 2 king size beds and it was really awesome experience there. The room was very clean and hygienic. The size of beds were very good. Overall a hotel worth staying in. They have a restaurant also at Ground floor and also have parking place with staff to help you with parking and luggage movement. The quality of food was also very nice.
Anyone visiting Vadodara, must stay at this place. Really close to the Bus & Railway station, still you will be able to peacefully enjoy your stay. Their restaurant, named Casablanca, serves amazing food. Room dining is available too, but for a great experience, go to the restaurant for sure. The breakfast buffet is a worthy option. Amazing staff, great service. Kudos! 👍
Stayed here for several days while taking care of business in Vadodara. The food, while a little bit inconsistent, was generally excellent across multiple cuisines. The rooms are large and well appointed. The look and feel of the hotel with its extensive marble, courtyard, and low-slung bungalow feel really evokes old Vadodara. I would stay here again.
Gem of a property that I have stayed in twice, this time for a 5 night stint. Spacious rooms, decent kitchen facilities in the studio and the perfect location to base yourself in Vadodara for food, shopping, travelling, etc. Breakfast is pretty handy as well to start the day right and the staff professional. Highly recommended!
Very good hotel situated at the premiere location of Vadodara- Gujarat highway.. We stayed here for 2 days and enjoyed with our family . Room sizes are bigger and occupied with all the necessary amenities, best food quality specially Mutton rogan josh. We will stay here again .. Familiar Atmosphere ❤️.
very basic setup. hotel staff were very helpful but could not go the extra mile apart from one lady whom offered for us to use her mobile phone to ring a number in India as the reception desk could not make outbound calls of which is stupid for a hotel reception!
My stay at the Prime Midtown hotel has been a really good one. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the food has been delicious. All the hotel staff have been so helpful, especially each and every waiter and waitress of the Restaurant.
The staff of the hotel is very polite and humble with their guests. And the ambience is very good. because I spend my trip with my friends and they also enjoy the food and all the services given by the staff. Thanks a lot...
It's a no nonsense dormitory. It has all the amenities of a traveller's needs. If you are in vadodara and want to rest for a while before heading for your next destination, this place makes sense.
Nothing i liked about it. i Booked in Booking.com and the hotel staff send me back saying they don’t have any such booking. End up paying more than double of the cost to get a room in Vadodara
Good hotel, nothing to complain. The hotel is at prime location.
I had a great stay for one night, great location for this price. Staff is courteous, clean ambience, nice breakfast.
Hotel looks little different from pictures, but rooms are cozy, offered us choice of rooms to stay in. Service is good but you need to ask them. Rooms are clean and cozy.
It is little bit away from vadodara junction, Room was good but there is nothing inside washroom (no soap, hand wash etc.) And Wi-Fi is not working properly.
