The best villa I've ever stayed at. I came with a group of 5 friends, and there was ample amounts of space. They even offered floor mattresses if needed. There was a cook and cleaner available at all times. He would make our beds every day (I even took a few naps and came back later to my bed cleaned and made). The decor was incredibly modern. Plenty of board games to play when we stayed in for the night. They have a very helpful woman who organized taxis and drivers for us. All in all, a must book if you go to Goa!

This villa in Siolim, Goa, surpassed all expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious decor and plenty of space. The garden area was meticulously maintained and provided a tranquil escape. The staff were attentive and provided exceptional service. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Goa. Also, Cheryl is a wonderful host who was really nice and provided us with great service.

What's there not to like!! An excellent heritage property very well managed by caring staff. Every thing is taken care of and you are made to feel part of the household. The recommendations given by the manager were excellent and it made our stay in the area even better. The food was some of the best we had in Goa. The rooms were spacious and other guests were also very interesting. You might not want to explore Goa and stay indoors all the time.

I was sleeping like a baby here. Matress and pillows are very comfy! The location of the apartment is really nice less than 5 min walk from thalassa, the view is great. Good thing that it's very calm here. I personally don't like noisy loud tourists roaming around like in hotels. Good plus - there is water filter and a bbq on the terrace.

The studio we had was very comfortable, all facilities you would expect for self catering, exceptional touches such as a 10 litre water flagon, soap, tooth brushing kit, washing up facilities, etc. Very close to centre of Siolim. Large roof terrace with plastic chairs and a table. Artificial grass area for those who wish to sunbathe.

Rooms need to be connected to power backup. It is a known fact that Siolim and most other areas in Goa experience power cuts often. Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.

This place is Cozy and frankly speaking we loved the place. The property is located right at Siolim junction which makes it easier for fulfilling daily needs. Our stay was smooth and the best part was the swimming pool. You can also use the pool whenever you want as the pool is accessible 24*7.

Small boutique hotel setting with beautiful rooms and interiors. Very humble staff! It's a new property so everything is new...beds are super cozy and comfortable. Located in a quiet location yet nearby all hotspots. We stayed for 8 nights and the staff was super helpful

When I came to hotel, honestly I was not expecting that hotel will not have lift, but looking at the hospitality of all staff was just great. All staff was very friendly and honest the location was amazing and this made my stay nice and pleasant.

The staff was very courteous. Mr. Vinayak is very helpful and resourceful. I would really recommend him if you are going with a group of friends. The location is at the Siolim junction and is nearby to almost everything.
