The property is a two floored guesthouse with 3 rooms and a common sitting and dining area on each floor. It is well maintained and kept clean. Homely breakfast is provided and arrangements for food can be made if required. It is at walking distance to all the good eateries in the area. The room and the common areas have bay windows all around with some lovely views. The host was also very courteous and kind and took me on a small hike that is off the tourist radar. Had a pleasant stay overall.

The property is close to Sims park took advantage of the location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of tea /chocolate shops . It is decent hotel for the price.
