Got a taxi from airport to apt, apt is on 3rd floor, very quiet, no street noise, small kitchen with all appliances, hot shower. Owner gave us a lift to a sports complex one day. Perfect for us for few days. Few restaurants locally, but they do get booked out on Fri & Sat and some closed on Sun. Train st about 1k and direct train to brussels central they go frequently. Owner is very helpful, answers phone or whatsapp .

Great host!! very neat and clean with enough space to sleep for 2 Adults and 2 Kids!! Also ample free parking space around the property which is very hard to get in Belgium.

I do stay in the President Brussels Hotel almost every time I am in Brussels on a business trip. The beds are very comfortable and not too soft. I feel refreshed in the mornings. It's possible to install comfort temperature at any weather (what is really helpful in that part of the world;-) thanks to climate system. Breakfast is nice tasty and fresh. Location in business centre of the downtown between two subway stations and besides Flixbus allows to plan your activities well.
