Very good service of the staff

Location was Ok to get to the city center. Not many places open later, and I had long hours for work. Breakfast was OK and I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it very often.

The house seems new and has a part separated for guests from the owner(s)' living area. The room we stayed is was very nice, had a private bathroom and the basic hotel utilities (cupboard, small desk, chair, tv). The shared space was also very nice; it had a couch and chairs for the living space as well as a dining table and chairs just behind. A kitchen off to the side where the common water-based drinks can be had for free and a stocked fridge for if you'd like something else.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in Herentals, managed by the lovely Nicky, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location of the apartment is quite advantageous, nestled in a serene spot just a 20-minute walk from the city center. The vicinity offers charming walking paths, perfect for those looking to enjoy some tranquility and nature. Nicky, the host, was the epitome of hospitality. Her friendly and responsive nature made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. She went above and beyond by treating us to a delicious soup that was both heartwarming and a delightful surprise. Her kindness and generosity truly made us feel welcome and cherished. The apartment itself boasted a highly functional kitchen, equipped with everything one might need to prepare meals just like at home. This feature was particularly appreciated as it added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. Cleanliness and coziness are two aspects that cannot be compromised on when it comes to accommodations, and Nicky’s apartment excelled in both. The welcoming atmosphere of the apartment made it a true home away from home. In conclusion, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks to the peaceful location, exceptional hospitality, and the comfort provided by the well-maintained apartment. I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I definitely plan to stay at Nicky’s apartment again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Herentals.

I actually try to get my money back we do not make it to hotle and everything have to be online not in front desk that is crazy
