Beautifully styled hotel down to the smallest detail! I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. It's a short walk to the center of LLN via a lovely green path. There was plenty of parking available on the weekend. I enjoyed the lovely calm breakfast area and the great breakfast buffet. It's a very nice hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway, not far from Brussels.
We had booked in Martin’s Manoir, but because of the COVID situation we were ‘upgraded’ to a deluxe double in Château du Lac.
This was thus a repeat visit to the château . We keep coming back because the location is fantastic and the hotel has all amenities one needs for a special escape.
All COVID regulations were followed, and these were not intrusive.
The breakfast buffet was super!
Booked this last minute as a weekend getaway after our marriage. Only found out it was linked with a very fancy restaurant when we arrived.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We got the chance to eat the menu of the restaurant in our room, as the restaurant was of course fully booked.
The breakfast was delicious and plenty.
The rooms are very clean and look brand new.
Very complete breakfast buffet offering anything you desire. The spa was a very nice bonus add-on that we utilised everyday. It made the stay special. We ate one evening at the in-hotel restaurant. 'Genval les Bains' on the outdoor terrace. It was very nice with great cuisine.
The Manoir is an old mansion converted to a number of classic hotel room. it’s part of the Château du Lac, where we’ve stayed before. The room was equipped with every expected item. Classic decorations. We made use of the spa in the Château, which was 5 minutes walk.
The hotel is in a good location with great views over the lake. The hotel frontage does look very grand, although our room overlooked the back of the hotel and that area looked quite unloved. Plenty of parking and several EV charging points.
The venue was wonderful and the surrounding countryside provided us with a peaceful week-end. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We will be recommending Martin's Genval venues to our family and friends.
The location is by far the best the hotel has to offer, the restaurant is above average, the room confy and clean. The size is quite good, the bed and pillows confortable. Bar and loby are in good shape.
Conference at the hotel, went really well and all activities supported by the Hotel seemed to go very well.
Nice areas, like the lounge and Restaurant.
Nice and very supportive staff.
I really loved the vintage feel of the Hotel. You really get the feel of a vintage boutique hotel. The room was quite cozy and spacious. It is a great place to stay if you travel with a car.
The vieuw from the room was amazing in front of the lake. Breakfast was delicious and as well a beautiful view to the lake. Spacious and comfortable room, airco with nice power and silence.
