we used it as a base to travel out from as we were there to visit Zolder race track, second oldest town in Belgium to Brugge. very pleasant with lots of old buildings bars and shops to visit, also there is a lovely walks around a large lake. before you commit yourself to eat out check the prices as you may be shocked with your bill when its time to pay. well spoken English, with English menus in must places

We were welcomed friendly and the host even offered to put as many of our bidons in the refrigerator as possible (as we were on a kickbike 🛴 from the Netherlands to Paris we carried five each). The room was very clean and comfortable. It felt a little as a sleepover at your grandma's house, this is was both a big plus as well as slightly awkward at times. We could park our kickbikes safely in the host's garage. Breakfast was nice and varied.
