The property itself is very decent value for your money, but what made our stay exceptional was the english speaking concierge George. He brought our experience to a new level as he always knew the best activities for any given weather and day. He knows every attraction around the place and will secure you better prices than you can get anywhere else. If you want to do anything special like a boat trip, he is somehow able to arrange things within minutes. I would book the hotel again any day to have an exceptional concierge like him.

Mountain side was a fantastic base for our family, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, away from bright lights and noise to wind down after spending all day out exploring Zhangjiejie National park and Tianmen mountain. Highly recommended staying!! Location is perfect, close to the east gate of national park (less than 10 mins by walk) and also the bus terminal (less than 15 mins by walk). The room was clean, comfortable and exactly same as photos. Owners are so kind and supportive. They don’t use English but you can get English support from their supporter Carol, so communication was smooth. And their dog is sooo adorable:)) Definitely you will get great experience here!!

Perfect location for the Park, 3 minutes walk from Park entrance.Views of Zhangjiajie mountains from window were amazing. Room was spacious and luxurious, clean and well designed rooms. Extremely friendly, helpful staff and owner for all travel needs,they help us booking the tickets and transportation, and everything we asked for.BTW, They provide very good food with avatar mountain veiw from hotel restaurant.
