    Best to keep away in winter months as extremely cold with a lot of snow. We lived for ten years in Shenyang and have many fond memories of the city. and places to visit.There Metro System is best but always crowded and can never get a seat.

    Im sure Shenyang has many attractions, our short business trip didnt give time to fairly rate the city, although we can say that the traffic is intense and you have to loo out for the many small electric bikes and scooters!

    there are many nice places to see, such as the palace from the Qing dynasty; the local food like the dumplings, I am a vegetarian, so I really like to the beancurd (豆腐 dou fu) products. I really miss it.

    Mukden Palace and the nearby Taoist temple and Buddhist temples were interesting. The restaurant "Living" in a mall near Gongyezhanianguan and the radio/TV tower had fresh innovative yummy food.

    Pleasant and nice city.

    Pleasant and nice city. We found that the people weren’t as friendly and helpful as other Chinese cities we have visited like Xian, Nanjing, Zhengzhou and Harbin. Sad that we had to compare and contrast.

    Its individual's preferences.

    Its individual's preferences. Need to speak, know and use Chinese. Many Shenyangnese shy away from English. There are historical places in Shenyang that will tell why China is what it is today. Come and find out yourself. Start from Zhang Guolin's residence. The rest will fall in place.

    This is a beautiful hotel in the northern part of Shenyang. It is fairly close to the Beiling park, where the Zhao Mausoleum is. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had a good breakfast with many choices from different cuisines ("western", French style pastries and breads, traditional Chinese and Japanese). They have a nice exercise area. They were also generous with bottled water, a nice touch during my stay during the hot, humid summer.

    The hotel is located in downtown close to shopping street, which is good for evening walk and lot of restaurants also available to experience the local foods. Robots are used for the room service, which was something new to me. The breakfast was having many verities and options, however, I am being an pure Vegetarian, couldn't get much options. The restaurant staff and chef, understand my request and was very helpful to make some special dishes specific to us as much as possible. They ensured our satisfactions in the entire stay.

    Good location, 10mins walk to shenyang north railway station. Decent breakfast as other places. I like their food delivery robot! There is one Luckin coffee shop on the first floor. Btw, their own coffee bar is cheap, ex: a cup of americano is 10RMB. Staff are kind and accept discover credit card.

    A very clean, modern hotel. It’s quite new and the facilities were very nice. That being said, several restaurants and the bar were closed on Monday night - that information wasn’t posted anywhere. I had to call and ask. This was frustrating as I was looking forward to having drinks at the bar.

    The staff was incredibly understanding as our flight caused us to be delayed one day, and we weren't charged for the night. They took care of all of our needs with friendliness and efficiency. We have family in Shenyang and will stay here every time.
