I stayed in the dorm and it was a good experience. the hotel is great, very well organized and located, close to the main attractions and the train station. They offer a yummy breakfast too. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Jenifer who helped me with a lot of information and how to get to the train station on time, helped me get money to catch the bus and helped me get in touch with the accommodation I was going to in my next city to make sure I arrived safely. This is very close to Reed Flute cave and an excellent restaurant just next door. The receptionist was very helpful in moving me to a room with view as had appeared in the search. She also went beyond to help me organise a carpool for my onward journey. Lovely quiet location.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and it was so pleasant to sit and eat outside. The resort is a little far from downtown but is an easy didi ride away. The lake was smaller than I expected, but it was still nice. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very relaxed!!
