1. The breakfast range is unbelievable for the price it is. The lady at the noodle bar simply loves life! She greets everyone with such warmth that brightens up our day every morning we walk in.
2. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
3. The bed is super comfortable.
4. The hotel drying machine is excellent. It dries clothes without the wet hot feel.
5. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Hangzhou East Railway Station, which is a gigantic train station that you can take bullet train to different cities, and a subway station that you can take to get to other parts of the city.
6. Front desk is 24 hour, and always there to help if you need anything. Service is excellent.
7. There's a children's play space right next to the hotel, so if you have children under 10, it's a great place to let them get the energies out as it can be quite difficult to find play areas for children in city center.

It's the garden city of China. The streets are so clean.
It's the garden city of China. The streets are so clean. People are chill and friendly. Not many people speak English but if you ask the young people most of them will understand basic English, and people are more than willing to help you out in general. West Lake is usually very busy, but once you go to the west side of the lake, it gets very zen.

Westlake is a large lake in the city center, you can take 1-2 days to walk around or shopping. Lots of shopping malls nearby!
The mountain behind the lake is also worth to go!
2-4 days should be enough to travel in this city

Great city for great quality and cheap fashion!
Great city for great quality and cheap fashion! West Lake was beautiful and Song Cheng Park was a great place to visit albeit with a pricey price of admission. Sijiqing is the go-to place for fashion (men and women) without a doubt. Wulin is also a good place to visit for the night market food stalls.

Hangzhou West Lake area is understandably famous amongst Chinese as a getaway destination. We stayed on the western side of West Lake, probably the best part. Luscious forested area quite unlike any other part of China we visited. The rest of the city that we saw was pleasant too though more typically Chinese roads and traffic. However even that was a pleasant surprise here. Almost all scooters are electric and many cars including about half the taxis. This makes for a much quieter country than usual in Asia and much better air quality than we expected. Also worth noting is using Alipay for payments. Now available in English and you can attach your foreign credit card and works fine. The app also includes the Didi taxi / ride share app giving all the option on one screen. Finds your location well and accepts destinations in English. Taxis are cheap and reliable. No attempts at all to scam on price or route in China.
We got a free upgrade to a queen bedroom with a bathtub. Check in was super fast (which is a rare thing being a foreigner in China) and the owners were super friendly, even saved our lives with umbrellas when it was pouring. Location within biking distance from everywhere you might want to go in Hangzhou.
Very modern and well equipped! The room is a bit smaller than I thought, convenient locations just opposite the mall and the train station is right outside the hotel. Our hotel room had windows to see the street and city view but I think the window was a bit too dirty to enjoy it. Overall great location.
I traveled with my wife before our wedding. Mr. Xiao Cai was very accommodating in everything. We were offered a wonderful breakfast. This is the best place in this paradise corner of China. You must know it. I have advised all my relatives to visit this city if possible and also Xiao Cai's cozy home!
Very friendly staff who gave directions and guidance on applications to support our transport needs. The hotel is also located conveniently near West Lake, though it was hard to tell the driver the hotel name in English (better to use the address). Overall for the price paid, it's fine.
It was a great modern hotel with all the facilities I needed and more. From the foyer to the bar, up the elevator to my room, the whole experience was fantastic! The robot who delivered a shaving kit to my room was the cherry on top!
Great location of building (not hotel) because hotel located upstairs and five/sixth floors are ktv/restaurant and even weird type of massage places, elevator which goes to the hotel is shared with all these places
Located between bustling apartment complexes, this hotel offers easy access to a nearby subway station and bus stops. While it's clean and the staff are friendly, be prepared to communicate mainly through WeChat.
The hotel is really clean, comfortable and well located. Its a really good deal in Hangzhou. The staff is really helping and nice. Especially Andre who is always happy to help the customers. Thank you !
It's a boutique hotel which has a nice room design. It's rather quiet in the night despite being a refurnished building not specifically built for hotel stay and located besides a busy (daytime) road.
I spent a night in this hotel with my family. The facilities and the services were great and good value for money. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit in Hangzhou.
Amazing hotel, everything supernice: room/bed size, staff availability, restaurant, gym..everything excellent, subway and malls are very closeby as well
