The staff was very accommodating. We messed up our reservation but the lady working the desk helped us put and was very pleasant about it. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful countryside and very reasonable price.
This hotel in the center of Triberg is a 5-minute walk from the Triberger Wasserfalle - the highest waterfalls in Germany. It offers rooms with cable TV and a private bathroom.

Amazing breakfast, perfect location, helpful staff, and a pass that lets you use transport and visit attractions for free. So much included for such a good price. Would stay again tomorrow.
Enjoying a remote location in the heart of the Black Forest, this guest house is a 15-minute drive from the town of Triberg.

Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are the waterfalls. Other than that, the place has been spoiled by the overly touristy, quasi-Disneyland feel. The are much prettier and more interesting villages to visit in the Black Forest than this. On the other hand, it’s a good base if what you want to do is go hiking. Natural surroundings are great.

So many cool things to do and see in Triberg.
So many cool things to do and see in Triberg. We walked up to the main waterfall, strolled the main street, and bought a nice cookoo clock, designed and hand carved in shop. At night we parked on a back road under the stars and enjoyed no light pollution, taking in the amazing night sky view! Definitely recommend a visit to this Schwarzwald town!

The waterfall is worth the climb, and great that it's included in the guest card issued by the hotel. We also visited the Black Forest museum, which was interesting, although unfortunately our German wasn't good enough to read much of the information with the exhibits. The scenery is lovely.

The Black Forest is beautiful and Triberg is a charming town...
The Black Forest is beautiful and Triberg is a charming town, if maybe a little tourist-kitschy. There are not a lot of really good dining options -- Cafe Tresor is the only standout -- but there is a really nice grocery store, Edeka, right in the middle of town. The much-hyped waterfall is worth the short but steep hike. It's a good location to explore other towns and attractions.
The hotel is well located to be at the centre of Triberg attractions and famous waterfalls.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff were a delight. So friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions or help. The young receptionist even carried our bags to our rooms on arrival and departure.
The food was also reasonably good and drinks were made available in the lounge area
The room was very good. Spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean but the view from the first floor room was not that great. The hotel staff were very helpful always. Breakfast was excellent. The most important thing was that the wifi was very good w.r.t a hotel. I've never found hotel wifi this good. One can't compare it with ones home but for hotel standards it's simply excellent.
Everything was fantastic about this place. The owner was a very sweet lady. She provided us a pass valid in all forms of public transport as well as the museum. The property is very close to Triberg waterfall and in the marketplace with beautiful views of the black forest from the balcony. The hotel is reachable from Triberg station by bus (number 550). Breakfast spread was good, too.
The property was amazing all amenities were provided, coffee, tea, fan, coffee machine. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented, the owners were amazing to deal with and were very quick to respond to all messages. Location to town centre was amazing I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Triberg, Germany.
Perfect location, lovely view, close to everything! You can easily walk right into town, less than 5 minutes! Close to the waterfalls, just a quaint, beautiful little town! The apartment is larger than it appears in photos. Simone was lovely, even had little gifts for our kids, she was very helpful! We want to go back this Christmas!! Highly recommend!!
Everything, it was centrally located to stores and the waterfall. The restaurant was delicious, breakfast too! The hotel had an antique appeal and you can tell they take pride in their jobs. My basic room had a huuuuge shower with dual rainfall heads, tons of space, a huge wardrobe, comfy bed, big windows that let in tons of light or block out the sun.
The apartment is situated in the center of the town, close to the waterfalls. It is very beautifull, cozy and comfortable furnitured. Good beds. The kitchen was fully equiped. There was enough space to store all our luggage.
The hosts were very friendly and gave information about where to go and what to do. We can heartily recommend this accomodation.
We had an amazing stay in Triberg. Our host was excellent and so friendly. The location is right in the centre of town and you also get a card for free entry to the waterfall and some other attractions which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend getting the breakfast! Beautiful morning setting, super tasty and excellent value.
Location is excellent, not only within Triberg but within the Black Forest in general. Staff is nice, though they were understaffed so it took a bit to get help if needed. You also get a visitor card that gives free access or reduced prices for nearby sights and amenities, just make sure they stamp it when you check in.
Great room away from the main building with fantastic views from a little sitting area. Everything we needed was there. Little walk down the road and into a magical world of clocks and other amazing things to see. Good selection for breakfast. Definitely recommend a visit to the hotel and the area.
The view is amazing! The location makes it so easy to walk everywhere in Triberg, which we did. The dinner we ate at the hotel restaurant was excellent. It was also so nice to have the Dreiwelten Card included, we saw things we might not have otherwise seen because we had the card.
For the one night, the owner was so nice and accommodated everything! I loved all the tickets you get that come with the hotel which was a surprise when we got there. The room was clean and probably one of the best smelling rooms we have had!
The location is unbeatable! Central to the snall town of Triberg, walking distance to everything, great parking options, and for those who are looking to save some money by cooking a few meals, Edeka is right across the street.
Central to Triberg. Shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Just a short distance walk to the waterfalls. Free parking for guests. Loved the decorations. Showers and bathrooms were clean.
The apartment was spacious and adjacent to a brook. Anna was very informative about navigating the area besides just the waterfalls. The property isn't a difficult walk from the train station.
Very comfortable and close to the Triberg waterfalls. There was clear instruction as to where to get the key and access wifi. There was also netflix which we enjoyed using in the evening.
The employees were very patient with me and spoke both German and English!! Easy walk to the Triberg Waterfall (free ticket for all parties with your hotel stay!)
Nice property, family oriented.
Easy walkable hiking to waterfalls.
Good owner with prompt communication.
Except TV, all facilities available in the apartment.
The apartment was in great location, just up the hill from main attractions in Triberg. Very nice roomy apartment. Well stocked kitchen. 3 large bedrooms.
