Staff should be trained to be more professional in checking in the guests . Hotel requires minor renovation with the final touch. The breakfast needs to be improved variety of food can be added a coffe machine should give better impression. Many comments can be added .

It is a lovely little town.
It is a lovely little town. My son lives there so that is how we came across it. It has lots of shops and restaurants. The Fiddlers Irish Pub has a nice atmosphere and good food. There is a nice walk through the park which is next to the Van der Valk Hotel and you can walk in to Moers from there.

Both the hotel and restaurant are dog friendly, but arrive before 9pm (maybe even earlier) if you want dinner. We arrived past 10 and the kitchen was closed. There were no other food places open (delivery or eat-in) besides a McDonald’s about 4.5km away. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Also good breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
