Located near central Germany, Frankfurt is not simply the beating heart of the country. It’s also the lifeblood of the European Union.
The German Federal Bank and the European Central Bank are based here, so naturally this is a city where commerce thrives. In fact, the skyline is so punctuated by skyscrapers that Frankfurt is affectionately known as Mainhattan, a pun on the River Main that slowly meanders through the city.
Lining its banks is Museumsufer, a district comprising over 20 museums including Goethe’s birthplace and the Frankfurt Historical Museum. Impressive views of all of this can be enjoyed from the tower of Gothic-style Frankfurt Cathedral which played an important role in the Holy Roman Empire.
In the shadow of the modernist architecture remain traces of quintessential Germany. The reconstructed half-timbered facades in Römer square are picture perfect, and the cobbled streets of Fressgass are always full of locals deciding which café to dine at.
Served by Frankfurt Airport - one of the world’s busiest - this pumping city is always on the move. This means that hotels in Frankfurt gets booked up pretty quickly, so book early with Booking.com to secure the accommodation of your choice.

Frankfurt is the only German city to make it into the top-10 of the World's Most Livable Cities ranking. And, indeed, it is a great place merging historic and modern architecture, excellent shopping, infrastructure and food combined with a global & metropolitan feel.

It is a modern city and easy to move around.
It is a modern city and easy to move around. Unfortunately we arrived one day before X'mas day and most of the city was closed for the 3 days we were there. But the gathering of thousands of people at the main square to hear the church bells on X'mas eve was quite an unique experience!

Nice city but stay away from the area directly in front of the train station. Rampant drug use, red light district and gang violence. Been to Frankfurt 10 years ago. I am shocked at how the place has deteriorated in just 10 years.

the area is worth exploring. don't judge a book by its cover.
Exploring the area revealed serval nice areas just outside of the train station area.
The area around the station can be a bit shocking for some folk.
some people in the area have seen better days and some have not and have chosen a life path that is not the best.

Frankfurt is a nice city.
Frankfurt is a nice city. Having a big international airport, it is the gateway to world. Modern buildings, and city infrastructures are the things people admire Frankfurt for. There are a lot that Frankfurt offers.
The Hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable rooms and beds. Quick late night check in and very limited parking available on the street outside There is a tram at the end of the street that takes you right into the centre of Frankfurt, under a minutes walk. It is outside of the city but we didn’t mind using the tram as it was so close. It’s the N11 tram and the stop is called Ostbahnhof/Sonnemannstraße. I have shared the tram timetable, stop 5 Römer/Paulskirche is what you want for the old town in the second picture.
We always stay at this hotel when we arrive at Frankfurt airport because it is comfy, modern and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet is superb. This time, we were even able to check in early at no extra cost. A young woman at reception (Katrin, I think) was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk from the airport. Supermarkets, a bakery and a nice Italian restaurant are just across the road. There is a train to Frankfurt city centre really close by too.
Staff accomodated my change request that they didnt have to! everyone was nice and pleasant. Many hotels in Frankfurt are near the trainstation which is very dodgy - this one is close to botanical garden, with straight way to city centre and not dodgy at all! Bed was so comfortable that after the day of sightseeing I would just fall asleep way ahead of time, like 8 in the evening. Bathroom was clean. It is an overall great hotel, with amazing location and old school charm!
This was my third stay in that hotel. Never complained. The amount I paid for my stays were very reasonable. The hotel is clean. Rooms are a little small but comfort. Breakfast is also fine. The location is near Frankfurt main train station, it's a clean area unlike other locations of Frankfurt city center where there are lots of drunk people and caios. There are also free water and beverages in the fridge. I would highly recommend it.
Location & Transportation: It is right next to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. There are several tram stations in the vicinity
Rooms: Very bright and spacious. Beds are super comfortable. There was a cooler, and kettle in the room
It looks like a Vintage 5 star hotel
Free drinks in the mini bar every day and free coffee in the Lounge
Staff: Very polite, responsible and friendly staff who catered to all my needs and problems
My stay at Moxy Frankfurt City Center was amazing , the staff is really friendly , the food was delicious and our apartment met all of our expectations. The thing we enjoyed the most is that it is really close to the city center , so things like shopping malls and landmarks are just a quick stroll away. Also they have a bar with an area with board games that is opened 24/7. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
I like that the room was big. And the view exceeded my expectation. I asked for a good view, i just want to have a view where I can see the sky, but they upgraded me to a room where I can see Frankfurt's skyline, which wowed me.😊 It was perfect! Thank you, Scandic for accommodating my request. You made my stay in Frankfurt complete! And also the hotel is near to train station, and the old town.
The hotel has a good location, in a safe and pleasant area. There is a metro station very close (3 minutes) that gives access to the city center, the central station and, still (bonus), the airport with a single line. It is also possible to walk to the old town (about 30 minutes). Breakfast is very good with many food options.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is one of my preferred places when flying in and out of Frankfurt. It is close to the airport and easy to get to via hotel shuttle or S-Bahn. There are a couple of restaurants and a super market within walking distance. Hotel is quiet and clean and the breakfast is good.
this stay was right next to Frankfurt hbf which made getting around the country SO EASY! As a solo female traveler, I felt that I was able to easily and safely navigate my way through Germany by train day or night. the hotel room itself was sleek, so clean, and so comfortable as well!
My room was very comfortable. The king-sized bed was awesome. The Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel is of very fine quality.
There is lots of room and it is well fitted for the traveler. It is just a short walk from the terminal at Frankfurt Airport.
Hotel in the international area of Terminal 1 in Frankfurt airport. Excellent as you don't have to leave the international space and enter Germany if you need to stay overnight, in these Covid times
Is it the best hotel in frankfurt? No but for the price it really is hard to beat the great service, nice room and closeness to the airport it has, there is literally nothing I would change
The hotel was near several options for restaurants , fast food and supermarkets.
It was also very close to the main Frankfurt train station and a short walking to the city center.
The easyHotel Frankfurt City Center was very clean and the staff was outstanding. Access to the hotel is restricted, resulting in peace of mind while inside the hotel.
