This is what I would recommend foreigners to visit as a typical german small town with an originally preserved medieval center full of small pitoresque timber frame houses and shops. It has all it takes, Nature, a river, great hiking opportunities and in Summer i can hardly be beaten in terms of leisure value.

It feels more like staying with friends than it does a hotel . Restaurants and cafes are walking distance , and the whole place feels peaceful.
