The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful -- old worldly and elegant, but not pretentious or uncomfortable. We slept very well there. It's located overlooking a beautiful green park, with cafes and restaurants a stone throw away. The recently renovated spa is just a short walk away and there is an Italian restaurant (Osteria l'angolo d'oro) on the same street which we'd highly recommend. They were so kind as to serve us takeaway after closing (after our timeless evening at the spa).

Relatively basic but comfortable, handy location for train and town. Breakfast limited except they do have a box of Yorkshire Tea bags - wow - which is a super plus for the Brits.

A very pretty town which has lots of cafes and restaurants. I recommend The Taste of India and the Italian Ciro Salvatore
The town is very quiet at night so not for those looking for clubs and noisy nightlife
For all Elvis fans it's a must.. Villa Grunewald where Elvis spent 2 months as a GI and other destinations throughout the town are documented. Between April and October it's busy with elvis fans
People are friendly and the micro climate makes for a pleasant visit. Train and bus links are excellent

Some places are closed on week nights so you are restricted for food choice, however I recommend the tapas. Very friendly staff and good food.
Take cash, they often don't accept cards, or all types of card.
Try the ice cream parlours in the town :-) frozen yogurt is delicious

We came for, and enjoyed, the Jugendstil architecture.
We came for, and enjoyed, the Jugendstil architecture. We would have appreciated more information on English on the boards around the town, and the walking routes leaflet would be helpful in English too.
Location is close to the Kurpark and the pedestrian shopping zone, but you have to walk through the conference facilities to get there, so not friendly for anyone who might have issues walking. Some rooms are renovated. We did not have hotel's breakfast, which is not usually included in the room price; ate at cafes in the city instead. Like that there is parking at the hotel, but it does cost extra and is not guaranteed since it is also public parking for events and for the hotel's conferences.
The property was so convenient for me and my daughter. The transportation was convenient bus and train to go into the city of Bad Nauheim.
The restaurant was across the street which we visited at least three times and their food was in excellent taste.
The property was quite comfortable for our stay it had a balcony for us to sit and relax.
Everything was great no complaints.
The hotel has a nice old charm to it. It is not new nor is it fancy, but we really enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was not large, but sufficient for two guests. The staff was super nice. We had breakfast in the morning, and it was delicious. The hotel was located in a nice and quiet area, and close to the city center as well.
Hotel room was very nicely decorated. There was a small kitchen where you could prepare coffee/tea and have small breakfast (milk, muesli, mealbars). Bed was high and comfortable. Hotel was peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean. Check in was easy, we arrived at night and got code for box where hotel key was.
Great location and lovely staff! Was very clean and quiet! Breakfast was also nice but rather a little bit limited! would have prefer variety of different pastry products but this could be just my preference! Over all great hotel in a lovely little and exciting town!

Ease of check in, cleanliness of room
Very nice accommodation in the heart of the city, close to shopping and cafes. Short walk to Elvis Presley Platz and beautiful park! Easy contactless check in. Great parking spot in front of room.
Very pleasant staff. Breakfast not very varied, but high quality (bread, meats, salmon, cheeses, boiled eggs, fruit, vegetables, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, yogurt, kinder sweet snacks). Parking in front of the hotel. Beautiful building.
Nice family hotel for work. clean, quiet, friendly staff (they speak basic English but this was not an issue in communicating). Very good value for the paid price. Downtown at 10 minutes walking distance, train station even closer (
Good location. Very clean apartment. Welcome drinks in the fridge and coffee supplies. Good communication with the team. Managed to get a parking place front of the hotel. Easy self check-in.
